University of Kentucky quarterback Will Levis has been a controversial prospect among NFL and fantasy football fans throughout the entire pre-draft process, but he's as high as the No. 1 overall player and as low as a second-round selection on various NFL analysts' big boards.
The 6'3" 229-pound signal-caller possesses a rocket arm, but he's an older prospect set to turn 24 years old before his rookie season begins, and his counting stats during his two seasons at Kentucky are largely unimpressive. However, he's risen up draft boards and his odds to be drafted early have increased over the past few days, so he is worth monitoring ahead of Thursday's draft.
How did Levis play at Kentucky and will he be the No. 2 overall selection in the 2023 NFL Draft? Let's dive in.

Will Levis Career Review
In two seasons as the Wildcats' starter, Levis went 17-7 as a starter, throwing for 5,232 yards, 43 touchdowns, and 23 interceptions. He totaled 269 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground during that two-year stretch.
His completion percentage, passing yards, and passing touchdowns all regressed from his 2021 campaign to 2022, but he had limited weapons after the departure of Wan'Dale Robinson and played behind one of the worst offensive lines in the SEC in his final year.
His arm strength and adequate size have NFL scouts excited about his upside, so he looks to be locked into being a first-round selection.
Is Will Levis Going to be the No. 2 Pick?
According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Levis is now the betting odds favorite (-135) to be the second overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Houston currently holds the No. 2 selection, but there is a ton of buzz that they will pass on a quarterback this season. That said, it seems likely a team is expected to trade up with Houston to draft Levis.
It's unclear which team could be looking to move up to No. 2, but the odds are telling us it's a very real possibility. It'd be surprising to see the Tennessee Titans or Indianapolis Colts work a deal with the AFC South rival, so the Washington Commanders, Seattle Seahawks, Las Vegas Raiders, Minnesota Vikings, Detroit Lions, or Atlanta Falcons could be in play.
Nonetheless, Levis' chances to be the second player to hear his name called on draft night looks very likely at this point in the week.
