Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill had a stellar season in his first year after leaving the Kansas City Chiefs, posting a WR2 overall campaign. He's been one of the elite fantasy wide receivers of the past half-decade and is showing no signs of slowing down.
However, the 29-year-old is now past the age-apex for fantasy production, so anytime he's in the injury headlines, there will be plenty of concern. We have his latest update.
Is Hill healthy or injured and what is his 2023 fantasy football outlook? Let's get into it.

Tyreek Hill Injury Update For Fantasy Football
The Miami Dolphins are taking it slow with Hill (undisclosed) this spring -- he's done very little beyond individual drills during offseason practices -- because he's dealing with a minor undisclosed injury. If it were the regular season, Hill would be on the field.
The Dolphins are just being super cautious with their star receiver. He has appeared in 108 of a possible 114 games in the first seven years of his career, so fantasy managers should not be worried at this point. His 119 receptions and 1,710 receiving yards in 2022 both marked career highs for Cheetah and set Dolphins' franchise records.
Tyreek Hill 2023 Fantasy Football Outlook
In games Tua Tagovailoa played, Hill averaged 108.3 receiving yards. Over 17 games, that would yield 1,841 yards. Needless to say, Hill's upside should be sky-high once again in 2023 and he's a clear early-to-mid first-rounder in 2023 fantasy drafts.
Last season proved Hill wasn't merely a product of the Kansas City offense led by Patrick Mahomes, and Tagovailoa proved he can support both Hill and Jaylen Waddle. Both posted WR1 seasons and still have limited target competition in 2023.
Ultimately, the only thing that should be able to slow this Miami offense down is injuries. Hill could take a step back and regress some in his eighth NFL season, but it'd be surprising if he doesn't finish as a top-tier fantasy receiver in a full healthy season.
