Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has been one of the league's most durable wide receivers during his career, averaging less than one missed game per season.
But Hill suffered a hip injury against the Eagles this week, which puts his status for Week 8's contest against the Patriots in doubt.

Tyreek Hill Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Tyreek Hill did not practice on Wednesday due to a hip injury.
It's hard to really know what to think about Hill when it comes to injuries. He's been such a durable player during his career, so you should never count him out.
But NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says that Hill's status is "up in the air for Sunday." That doesn't necessarily mean that Hill won't play, but it does mean that fantasy managers need to keep a close eye on his status as the week progresses. It's very possible that the Dolphins will play it safe with Hill and keep him off the field this week.
Tyreek Hill Fantasy Football Outlook
If Tyreek Hill plays on Sunday against the New England Patriots, he's obviously a must-play option in fantasy football. Hill's one of the league's most dynamic wide receivers and if the Dolphins deem him healthy enough to play, he should be in your lineup.
Where things get complicated is if Hill is out. Jaylen Waddle is an obvious play in fantasy regardless of Hill's status, but who else would see an increase in value if Hill is sidelined?
The best bet would be on an increased role for Braxton Berrios, who is currently fourth on the team in targets with 22. He's caught 18 passes for 186 yards. When Jaylen Waddle was out earlier this year, Berrios was the only Dolphins wide receiver other than Tyreek Hill with multiple targets. Of course, he was only targeted twice, so temper expectations. He makes more sense as a DFS value play than as a season-long option.
