Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (wrist) has been a nightmare for fantasy managers this season, but it's not been entirely because of injury. At least nothing is listed in the official injury reports this week. He just hasn't been his old self and, so far, has made only one huge play reminiscent of his old days.
Other than an 80-yard touchdown catch on a busted coverage against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 1, Hill has looked like a shell of what he used to be. Sure, the team was without starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa for four games, but even in two contests with him back, things just weren't like they used to be.
But he's been listed on the injury report a few times recently. What is the deal with that? Will he even play in Week 10?

Is Tyreek Hill Hurt? Injury Update for Week 10
It's really not looking good for the speedster. He was held out of practice due to a wrist injury for two days in a row. The exact details of the ailment haven't been made public by the team, but his absences are a bad sign.
Tyreek Hill - DNP for 2nd day now.
Data slightly favors sitting Wk 10 despite his history of playing thru injury
Would not be banking on him unless I have a MNF backup option#Dolphins https://t.co/6b6tN3bB0H

The language around this situation suggests it's something he's been dealing with for some time that keeps flaring up. This is another bad sign. If we can expect that his injury will continue to be re-aggravated by practicing and playing games, then it could be a long and bumpy ride ahead for his fantasy managers.
Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill is dealing with a wrist injury that is “heating up” and has forced him to miss practice time.
HC Mike McDaniel told local reporters “if his body lets him, we’ll see” so there is some uncertainty on Tyreek’s availability for Monday vs. Rams.

More details will probably emerge at some point. Unfortunately, the team plays on Monday Night Football, meaning there aren't any good pivot options if he isn't able to go.
Tyreek Hill Fantasy Football Outlook for Week 10
He's now 30 years old, and running back De'Von Achane, who was hyped in the offseason to essentially be the team's WR3, has actually shockingly been the WR1 so far. This is due to a variety of factors, but it's worth considering if the team wants to lighten Reek's workload due to the multiple injuries he's dealt with so far.

Achane flashed his receiver skills last season, so it's not a huge surprise that he's getting plenty of work in the passing game. Both of the team's last two opponents have defenses that are designed around taking away the big plays and deep shots, though, so you have to expect this trend to somewhat correct itself.
However, everything will depend on the severity of Hill's injury. He should get a decent number of targets no matter what, but the elite ceiling he used to possess could be fading quickly. He's still a must-start when he plays, but nervousness about his overall situation is justified. Start him and pray things go well.
