Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has had a solid season in his fourth year in the league. He has thrown for 4,451 yards, 28 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions through 17 weeks and more surprisedly has yet to miss a game for the first time in his career.
However, Tagovailoa enters Week 18 against the Buffalo Bills battling a shoulder injury. Following last week's loss, the Dolphins quarterback had some shoulder soreness.
So, is Tagovailoa injured or healthy? Will he play in Week 18? Let's dive in.

Tua Tagovailoa Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Tagovailoa came out of last week's game against the Baltimore Ravens with a shoulder issue sustained late in the game. It appeared the Dolphins quarterback landed hard on his shoulder on a slide in the fourth quarter.
However, after the game, both head coach Mike McDaniel and Tagovailoa downplayed the injury, calling it minor. After a few practices to start the week, it appears the injury isn't something to worry about. The 25-year-old is in line to start on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.
Tagovailoa practiced in full all week and will enter Week 18 with no injury designation. In a must-win game for the AFC East title, the lefty gun-slinger will be out there.
Tua Tagovailoa Fantasy Football Outlook
Tagovailoa hasn't been a dominant fantasy option over the past few weeks, scoring over 17 fantasy points just once since Week 12. During that span, he has finished outside the top 20 for quarterbacks five times while finishing inside the top 10 just once (Week 13).
Also, the last time he faced this Bills' secondary, Tagovailoa didn't do much. In Week 4, he totaled 282 yards and one touchdown en route to a 14.9 fantasy point day.
However, with key starters like Lamar Jackson, Brock Purdy, and Matthew Stafford all resting in Week 18, Tagovailoa is a solid QB1 start this weekend in Week 18 fantasy championships. However, in DFS formats, there are likely better options to go with, especially since the Dolphins' quarterback has never scored over 19 fantasy points against the Bills in his career.
