Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks was the 18th overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. The Titans traded A.J. Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles during the NFL Draft for a pair of picks, including the one used on the wide receiver.
Burks had a productive college career. He had 146 receptions for 2,399 receiving yards and 18 touchdowns in three years at Arkansas. Furthermore, the former Razorback had 38 rushing attempts for 222 yards and a touchdown. More importantly, Burks had a breakout junior season in 2021, totaling 66 receptions for 1,104 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns, all career highs.
The former Arkansas star had a rocky rookie year. He had 33 receptions on 54 targets for 444 receiving yards and a touchdown in 11 games. Burks also had four rushing attempts for 47 yards last season. However, fantasy players should be excited about the young receiver in 2023.

Is Treylon Burks Injured Or Healthy?
Unfortunately, the second-year wide receiver went down with a scary knee injury in practice today. Burks made an impressive catch on a deep ball but came down hard on his left knee. The former Arkansas wide receiver tried to walk off the injury. Sadly he was in pain and had to leave practice.
Thankfully, Burks only suffered an LCL sprain. While the injury will keep him off the field for a few weeks, the former Arkansas star avoided a season-ending injury.
Fantasy players are hoping Burks will be ready for Week 1. However, it’s more likely that the second-year wide receiver will miss the first game or two of the 2023 season.
Should I Draft Treylon Burks At His ADP?
While the former Arkansas star might miss the first week or two this season, fantasy players should feel confident drafting him at his ADP.
According to the RotoBaller ADP, Burks is a ninth-round pick in 12-team leagues and the 42nd wide receiver off the board.
The second-year wide receiver was a popular breakout pick earlier this offseason before the Titans signed DeAndre Hopkins. However, he is a value at his current ADP. Despite his struggles as a rookie, Burks made several impressive plays for Tennessee.
Fantasy players should expect a sophomore-year jump from the former Arkansas star despite the arrival of Hopkins. While the veteran will limit Burks’ upside, the second-year receiver will be a consistent WR4 or flex option for fantasy players.
