In Weeks 9 through 12 of the season, Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence started to look like the player his team and fantasy managers expected when he was selected as the No. 1 pick in the 2021 NFL draft. Lawrence threw for 815 yards, six touchdowns, and zero interceptions during that three-game stretch and was a hot name heading into a matchup with the lowly Lions' defense.
However, the Jaguars' offense sputtered until garbage time against Detroit, and Lawrence took a low hit that looked like a potentially season-ending knee injury. Thankfully, his injury is nowhere near as bad as it looked, but he could still miss time.
We have the latest injury update on Lawrence and will dive into his Week 14 outlook if he's active on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.

Trevor Lawrence Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Lawrence's knee is reportedly just fine, but he did suffer a toe and foot injury. He did not practice Wednesday and head coach Doug Pederson is calling Lawrence day-to-day and is unsure if he'll be able to play in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans. The second-year signal-caller is dealing with a sprained left big toe and should be considered questionable for this weekend.
It's easy to assume the Jaguars will play it safe with their franchise QB, but we have no real indication of whether or not he'll play yet. If Lawrence isn't cleared to play this week, backup C.J. Beathard would get the nod, which would be a downgrade for all of Jacksonville's skill players on offense.
Trevor Lawrence Week 14 Outlook (If Active)
Again, there's a real chance Lawrence is out against the Titans, but if he plays, he gets one of the juiciest matchups for fantasy quarterbacks. Tennessee has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks and the most fantasy points to wide receivers thus far. We've seen Zay Jones and Christian Kirk have huge performances for Lawrence, so this would be a smash spot for the Jaguars' trio.
If Jacksonville is comfortable enough with Lawrence's injury to put him on the field, we as fantasy gamers shouldn't be too concerned about the ailment holding him back. While he is a mobile quarterback, he can do plenty of damage in the pocket against arguably the league's worst secondary.
As always, trust stud quarterbacks with huge rushing ceilings before inserting Lawrence in lineups, but he's a great fill-in this week and could be a popular DFS play at QB.
