Is Trevor Lawrence Hurt Or Healthy?
The top pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, Trevor Lawrence has finally started looking the part. Lawrence has been sizzling over the past month and has topped 20 fantasy points in three of Jacksonville's last four. Most recently, the Clemson product threw for a career-high 368 yards and three TDs in a Week 14 win over the Tennessee Titans.
While Lawrence has been playing the best ball of his young pro career, he's also been dealing with a nagging toe injury suffered in Week 13 against the Detroit Lions, a game that he briefly left but eventually returned to.
The Jags signal caller missed the team's Wednesday practice this week but returned to log limited sessions on Thursday and Friday. He's officially listed as questionable for a Week 15 date with the Dallas Cowboys but is fully expected to play.
Trevor Lawrence Fantasy Football Outlook for Week 15
Lawrence is reminding football fans why he was considered a generational type of QB coming out of Clemson. After a lost rookie year spent in Jacksonville's Urban Meyer debacle, Lawrence has finally found his groove.
While he's on a legitimate fantasy heater, a brutal matchup against the Dallas Cowboys awaits in Week 15. Dallas is ranked first in the NFL in Pass Defense DVOA and has relinquished the league's third-fewest passing yards. This rugged matchup is enough to knock Lawrence off his QB1 perch. Fantasy managers should consider him upper-tier QB2 against the Cowboys this week.
