T.J. Watt and the Pittsburgh Steelers qualified for the playoffs after a 17-10 win over the Baltimore Ravens. They were helped by the fact that the Jacksonville Jaguars lost to the Tennessee Titans in Week 18, and the Steelers entered the playoffs as the seventh seed in the AFC.
They will face the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, but in their win against the Ravens, they suffered a big blow. Watt, who has led the league in sacks this season, suffered a knee injury, and it looked like a serious one.
How significant is Watt's injury? Will he play in the Wildcard Round against the Bills? Let's take a look at his status.

TJ Watt Injury Update for Fantasy Football
As per reports, TJ Watt has suffered a grade two MCL sprain. He will not play against the Bills in the Wildcard Round, but if the Steelers are able to make it deep into the postseason, their star defensive player could return at some point.
Watt's absence is a huge blow for the Steelers as they prepare to face the Bills, who are on a five-game winning streak. Josh Allen can make things hard for any defense, and without a player of Watt's caliber, it will be interesting to see what Mike Tomlin does on Sunday.
As for the Steelers, they are likely to stick with Mason Rudolph as their starting quarterback, even though Kenny Pickett is back healthy. Apart from Watt, other defensive players like Kwon Alexander, Cole Holcomb, and Keanu Neal are placed on injured reserve and will miss the game against the Bills.
TJ Watt Fantasy Football Outlook
As mentioned above, Watt led the league in sacks this season. In 17 games, he recorded 48 solo tackles, 20 assisted tackles, 19.0 sacks, three fumble recoveries, and one interception. He is among the frontrunners to win the Defensive Player of the Year award, but the Browns' Myles Garrett might just edge him out for that accolade.
Regardless of that, the 29-year-old Wisconsin product has had a phenomenal season. The Steelers' defense just gave up an average of 19.1 points and 342.2 total yards per game this season. They were ranked as the eighth-best defense in fantasy football this season, as they recorded a total of 143 points in 17 games and averaged 8.4 points per game.
