Is Rome Odunze Hurt or Healthy? Fantasy Football Injury Update

Rome Odunze - Fantasy Football Rankings, wr, NFL Rookies, Draft Sleepers

Is Rome Odunze hurt or healthy? Is Rome Odunze playing in Week 3? Read the latest Rome Odunze fantasy football injury updates and outlook.

Chicago Bears rookie wide receiver Rome Odunze has been dealing with a knee injury since Week 1, but Odunze suited up for the team in Week 2, catching two passes for 33 yards in a game where the Bears offense struggled to move the ball against Houston.

Odunze is still dealing with that knee issue. Will it prevent him from playing in Week 3?

Read on for the latest injury updates on Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze.

Rome Odunze Injury Update for Fantasy Football

Considering Rome Odunze played 94% of Chicago's snaps last week despite being limited in practice with a knee issue, we should probably air on the side of assuming that he'll suit up again in Week 3 against the Colts.

Odunze was limited in practice earlier this week, but all signs currently point to him playing this week.

Fantasy managers should proceed as if they'll have Rome Odunze on the football field on Sunday.

Rome Odunze Fantasy Football Outlook

Odunze's Week 2 fantasy value is going to depend a lot on what happens with Keenan Allen, who was held out of practice on Wednesday with a heel injury. The fact he didn't practice at all certainly puts his Week 3 status in more serious jeopardy than Odunze.

If Allen is indeed out, Odunze projects to bet the No. 2 option for Caleb Williams against a Colts defense that has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season.

Of course, Williams has struggled to stay upright this season, which has led to large-scale struggles for this Bears offense. No matter how good the matchup is, a player can't succeed if the quarterback isn't getting the ball off and keeping drives alive.

Consider Odunze a WR4 option in Week 3.
