With kickoff for Week 15's Sunday, December 18th action just hours away, many fantasy managers are taking lineup decisions down to the last minute thanks to injury situations.
One such concern is with New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson, who was injured in Week 14. Patriots rookie running back Pierre Strong Jr. played well in place of Stevenson last week against the Arizona Cardinals.
Is Rhamondre Stevenson playing today? Should I pick up and start Pierre Strong Jr. for Week 15? Below we take a quick look at the updated injury status for Stevenson and the impact it has on Strong's fantasy outlook.

Is Rhamondre Stevenson Playing Today Against the Raiders?
New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) has a "good chance" to play against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. Stevenson's status will be confirmed after he goes through pre-game tests, but for now, he's trending in the right direction.
The 24-year-old has emerged as New England's clear lead back and has even carved out a massive role in the passing game. So far, he has 742 rushing yards, 58 receptions, 385 receiving yards, and five touchdowns, positioning him as the RB9 in PPR leagues.
Should I Pick Up and Start Pierre Strong Jr. In Week 15?
Rookie Patriots running back Pierre Strong Jr. made quite an impression last week against the Arizona Cardinals. Playing in relief of the injured Stevenson alongside fellow rookie RB Kevin Harris, Strong looked explosive en route to 70 rushing yards and a TD on just five carries. He also added 20 receiving yards on two catches.
Strong's fantasy viability is tied to Stevenson's injury status this week. With Stevenson currently considered a game-time decision, fantasy managers are left in a tough spot. To make matters worse, the Patriots don't face the Raiders until the 4:00 Sunday afternoon window.
If you already have Stevenson on your roster, you should add Strong as an insurance policy. Desperate fantasy managers can add Strong in hopes that Stevenson can't go today. The rookie is only a fantasy start if Stevenson is declared inactive for Week 15.
