What a season it has been for Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. He is the current MVP favorite entering Week 18 and has also been a fantasy superstar this season. He currently ranks as the QB3 while averaging an impressive 21.1 fantasy points per game.
Last week, Jackson finished as the QB1 with over 300 pass yards and five passing touchdowns against the Miami Dolphins. On top of his play, the win helped the Ravens lock up the number-one seed in the AFC.
With the Ravens locked into the top spot in the postseason, could Jackson sit out a meaningless Week 18 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers? Let's dive in and find out.

Lamar Jackson Fantasy Football Update
With the Ravens beating the Dolphins last week, Baltimore secured the top seed in the AFC playoffs. That means they are playing for nothing in Week 18.
With that in mind, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh announced on Wednesday that Jackson will not suit up on Saturday and will instead rest for the playoffs. Harbaugh then mentioned that Tyler Huntley would be Baltimore's starting quarterback in Week 18.
Huntley started four games for the Ravens last year when Jackson dealt with a multi-week injury. In those games, he threw for 471 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions. He'll look to help Baltimore finish with a league-best 14-3 record if he can defeat the Steelers this weekend.
Should I Start Tyler Huntley in Week 18?
Huntley will make his first start this season in Week 18. The 2022 Pro Bowler has thrown two touchdown passes in blowout wins this season, one coming in Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks and the other coming last week against the Dolphins.
He'll now have a tough matchup against a physical Steelers defense. Last season, Huntley only scored 10.6 fantasy points against Pittsburgh in Week 17 and threw for just 130 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. The fantasy numbers for the 25-year-old weren't great in 2022, as he only finished with one game over 14 fantasy points.
But his legs should give him a nice fantasy floor in Week 18. So, if you play in a Week 18 fantasy championship or daily fantasy sports (DFS), Huntley could be a solid option. In five starts last year, Huntley ran a total of 33 times for 96 yards.
However, he remains a risk this weekend. With many quarterbacks sitting out this weekend, though, he is likely a high-end QB2 in 12-plus team leagues.
