Is Lamar Jackson Hurt Or Healthy?
Baltimore Ravens superstar quarterback Lamar Jackson has missed the team's last three games with a PCL sprain he suffered in a Week 13 matchup against the Denver Broncos. Jackson was originally expected to miss 1-3 weeks with the injury.
The Baltimore signal-caller has not returned to practice in any capacity as of yet. Ravens' HC John Harbough has been "tight-lipped" about Jackson's availability for a Week 17 divisional clash with the Pittsburgh Steelers, per ESPN's Jamison Hensley.
Lamar Jackson Fantasy Football Outlook for Week 17
It's still early in the week, but news on Jackson's injury status is hard to come by. Baltimore HC John Harbough has been vague when discussing his star QB's potential return and no hard timetable has been set.
While the Ravens have already locked up a playoff berth, the team could improve their seeding and potentially earn a home game in the wild-card round with wins down the stretch. However, Baltimore wants to ensure that their star QB is ready to go for the playoffs.
Jackson's fantasy managers have adjusted to life without him over the past month. That said, many GMs were hopeful that the superstar would return in time for "Championship Week". While his status is still up in the air, wise managers should be prepared to fight for their league title without Jackson in Week 17.
