Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett has flashed potential early in his career. After entering the Week 4 matchup against the New York Jets after halftime, the rookie quarterback completed 76.9% of his 13 pass attempts for 120 yards. He also added a pair of rushing touchdowns and scored 12.3 fantasy points.
The following week, Pickett made his first career start. Despite facing a talented Buffalo Bills defense, the rookie played well. He completed 65.4% of his pass attempts for 327 yards and scored 12.1 fantasy points despite not scoring a touchdown.
Last week, Pickett started strong against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He had 67 passing yards on 11 completions and threw the first touchdown of his career, tossing a six-yard pass to Najee Harris. However, the rookie was removed from the game after suffering a concussion.

Is Kenny Pickett Healthy Or Injured?
Unfortunately, Pickett suffered a concussion against the Buccaneers and didn't return to the game.
Filling in for the rookie was Mitch Trubisky. The former starter completed 75% of his pass attempts and led the Steelers to a 20-18 win over Tampa Bay.
Should I Start Mitch Trubisky In Week 7?
While Pickett hasn’t officially been ruled out for the Week 7 matchup against the Miami Dolphins, the Steelers will likely start Trubisky.
However, should fantasy players pick up Trubisky and start him against the Dolphins? With Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, and Kirk Cousins on a bye this week, is Trubisky a worthy replacement option?
The veteran quarterback has averaged only 10.1 fantasy points per game in his four starts this season, throwing only two touchdowns against two interceptions.
Which Waiver Wire Quarterback Should I Target?
Instead of adding Trubisky off the waiver wire, fantasy players are better off adding Matt Ryan. The Indianapolis Colts quarterback is available in over 85% of ESPN leagues.
After an awful performance in Week 5, the veteran quarterback had nearly 400 passing yards, three touchdowns, and scored 27.2 fantasy points last week in a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Ryan also threw the game-winning touchdown to Alec Pierce with 17 seconds remaining.
This week the former No. 3 overall pick takes on the Tennessee Titans. The AFC South divisional rival has surrendered 22.4 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks since Week 1, giving up 19.8 or more fantasy points twice during that span. More importantly, Ryan had 356 passing yards, two touchdowns, and scored 17.8 fantasy points against Tennessee two weeks ago.
Ryan has top-five upside against the Titans and is the ideal bye-week replacement, especially if Jonathan Taylor is out again in Week 7.
