Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney isn't exactly the spokesperson for physical toughness, and that's a problem when you play professional football for a living. The second-year pro can't seem to stay upright on the football field and is having a frustrating start to his NFL career.
The uber-talented athlete out of the University of Florida left the AFC Championship win versus the Cincinnati Bengals with an injury, something that has been a recurring theme during his first few years in the league.
Is Toney still hurt? Will he be healthy enough to play in the Super Bowl? Let's look at what we know and see if we can find an answer.

Is Kadarius Toney Playing In The Super Bowl?
Toney has dealt with hamstring and ankle issues ever since he entered the NFL. This past season, the wideout missed almost half of the regular season with these nagging injuries and left multiple other contests after suffering in-game setbacks.
During the first quarter of the AFC title game, he suffered both ankle and hamstring injuries and was forced to leave and did not return. Toney either is extremely unlucky when it comes to these constant body blows or he just simply isn't built to play in the NFL.
He finished the regular season slate with just 16 receptions for 171 yards and two touchdowns, although he did manage one rushing score and along with 82 yards on the ground.
Should I Trust Kadarius Toney If He Plays In The Super Bowl?
The speedy pass catcher promised earlier this week that he "was playing on Sunday." That said, on Wednesday's injury report, he was listed as the only "limited" participant on the Chiefs' active roster.
On Thursday, however, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said that his injured WR was "running around like crazy" at practice and that he "did everything that was planned for him to do." From the sounds of it, it appears Toney is on track to play in the Super Bowl. Despite all the positive reports on his status, how can you trust him?
Kansas City acquired him via trade in 2022, because when he is on the field, he is a unique playmaker who can dazzle with his abilities. The problem facing fantasy football fans who are considering slotting him into lineups for the big game, however, is that there is a proven track record showing that even if deemed "fully healthy," the risk of him exiting a game at any time is extremely high. The advice is to fade Toney if he is active and look for better, more reliable options on Super Bowl Sunday.
