Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney is one of the most talented players in the NFL, and because of that, he was expected to be a significant piece of fantasy football rosters.
With the 21st overall selection in the 2021 NFL draft, the New York Giants chose Toney to be the future star for their franchise, maybe even the next Odell Beckham Jr. But hope and potential are one thing while being able to deliver is another.
It's less than two years since the start of Toney's career, but to date, he has been unable to show his talents because he has so often been hindered by injuries.

Kadarius Toney Injury Updates For Fantasy Football
In late October, the Giants traded Toney to the Chiefs just over one year after he was selected in the first round of the NFL draft. They did so because they simply became too frustrated with his inability to stay on the field.
To the surprise of many, Toney actually played 10 games for the Giants during the 2021 season. He missed six games because of a nagging hamstring injury, which is also the reason he has only played five games in 2022.
On Sunday night against the Los Angeles Chargers, Toney was again forced to miss time due to his hamstring, as he was declared out for Week 11 and likely well beyond.
Is Kadarius Toney Playing in Week 12 Fantasy Football?
Early in the week before the injury reports come out, there is certainly no definitive way to know if Toney will play in Week 12. However, if you look at his track record and examine his history of hamstring injuries, the likelihood we will see him anytime soon is slim.
Don't feel like a fool if you picked up Toney off waivers and started him on Sunday. Many fantasy managers did just the same, and those people were just as disappointed as you. How can you blame yourself? Toney had us all fooled, and teased us with his performance in Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
He had finally produced, finishing the night with four receptions, 57 receiving yards, one touchdown, and even added 33 yards on the ground. He had totaled 19 fantasy points and managers across America were screaming off rooftops because the hype had finally arrived. But because of continued injury issues, it's likely short-lived and it's not expected to return anytime soon.
