Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert took a big hit from Jadeveon Clowney during Week 12's 20-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. He was later checked in the blue tent for a concussion or other potential injury but later returned to finish the game.
Herbert didn't have a good game against the Ravens and wasted an opportunity for his team to win a game against a good team. Although the Chargers are not mathematically eliminated from playoff contention, the Week 12 loss has made things nearly impossible.
How serious is Herbert's injury? Will he play in Week 13? Let's take a look at his latest injury update.

Justin Herbert Injury Update for Fantasy Football
As per the latest reports, Justin Herbert was not placed on the Chargers' injury report. He is on track to play in Week 13 against the New England Patriots.
Herbert completed 29/44 of his throws for 217 yards, one touchdown, and one interception against the Ravens. The Ravens defense, which has been one of the league's best this season, made life difficult for the Chargers offense, and the 25-year-old quarterback wasn't able to find a way.
The Chargers are 4-7 heading into Week 13 and have the same record as the New York Giants. This season has been a total disaster for them, but they have a chance to get a positive result against the Patriots on Sunday.
Justin Herbert Fantasy Football Outlook
Despite the Chargers' abysmal season, Justin Herbert has managed to have a decent season. In 11 games this campaign, he has thrown for 2,826 yards, 20 touchdowns, and six interceptions. He is completing 66.2% of his throws and has a passer rating of 96.9.
After 12 weeks, Herbert has recorded a total of 229.2 points in half-PPR-scoring leagues. He is averaging 20.8 fantasy points per game and has been a great addition to many people's fantasy teams. The RotoBaller staff has him ranked #12 among the quarterbacks.
Going against the Patriots in Week 13 will be challenging for Herbert and the Chargers. The Patriots are giving up an average of 22.5 points and 222.7 passing yards per game to their opponents. In their last two games, they have managed to limit their opponents to 10 points.
