Justin Fields has put forth a dominant stretch of fantasy performances in recent weeks. He entered a Week 11 matchup with the Atlanta Falcons averaging just over 100 rushing yards per game over his last five.
As fantasy managers well know, injuries are always a concern with dual-threat QBs. Unfortunately, Fields exits Chicago's Week 11 game against Atlanta with an injury issue that might be significant.

Did Justin Fields Get Injured In Week 11 Against The Falcons?
Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fielder (shoulder) was carted to the locker room for further evaluation and testing following Sunday's loss to the Atlanta Falcons. The mobile quarterback certainly didn't look 100 percent in the second half. He was seen clutching his shoulder and wincing in pain throughout the contest.
When all was said and done, Fields finished with 14 completions for 153 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also rushed a whopping 18 times for 85 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Between his four sacks and a staggering number of rushes, Fields clearly put his body on the line during Sunday's game.
Justin Fields Fantasy Football Outlook
Justin Fields' fantasy managers likely won't get much sleep Sunday night. Fields is playing like a classic fantasy league winner at the moment, but there are certainly some concerns as he exits Week 11.
If we want to take a glass-half-full view, Fields' aggravated shoulder isn't the one that he uses to throw the football. Nonetheless, his body language while in the back of an injury cart is not a good sign.
Bears' head coach Matt Eberflus said during his post-game comments that Fields' left shoulder was being evaluated by doctors. Worried fantasy managers will be forced to wait for an update that will likely come within the next few days.
