Baltimore Ravens' Justice Hill has found himself at the top of the depth chart this season. With J. K. Dobbins sidelined for the year and Keaton Mitchell on IR, Hill and teammate Gus Edwards both will be counted on to carry their share of the load this season.
The fourth-year product out of Oklahoma State had his first career start in Week 2 vs. the Cincinnati Bengals. Hill finished the game with 11 carries for 41 yards while grabbing three receptions for 12 yards.
Fans and fantasy owners alike are not enjoying the ever-growing list of injured players for the Baltimore Ravens, with Hill the latest to join it. Hill has already been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Indianapolis Colts.

Justice Hill To Be Sidelined With Turf Toe
Hill, who didn't take part in any practice this week, will be sidelined on Sunday with turf toe. Turf toe is a common injury in football players and varies in severity. It has yet to be disclosed what grade of turf toe Hill is suffering from, but we can safely assume that he will be out for at least a few weeks.
Justice Hill will not be the only Ravens player not in uniform this Sunday, as six teammates will be joining him.
The Baltimore Ravens have opted to bring back a familiar face on Wednesday, adding Kenyan Drake to their practice squad. He joins Melvin Gordon on the practice squad, with Gus Edwards being the sole active running back currently on the roster.
Justice Hill 2023 Week 3 Fantasy Outlook
With Justice Hill already ruled out, Gus Edwards becomes an interesting player to stash. Edwards is coming off an impressive performance vs. the Bengals in which he carried the ball 10 times for 62 yards and a score. Picking up Edwards allows you to handcuff the Ravens starting running back position, one that seems really hard to hold onto.
It is still unknown whether or not the Ravens will be activating one or both of Gordon & Drake off the practice squad this week vs. the Colts. However, the Colts currently allow only 18.9 fantasy points per game to opposing running backs (20th).
Even if Hill was healthy for this week's contest, his matchup and volume concern would have made him a non-starter in all formats.
