Tragedy struck the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1 when running back J.K. Dobbins went down with a torn Achilles.
With their RB1 out for the season, they have turned to Justice Hill and Gus Edwards to fill his void. In Week 2, Hill led the running back room with 57% snap share and 14 touches in a win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Will Hill continue to see the majority of the opportunities in this backfield? If so, can he capitalize on them?

What Has Justice Hill Done So Far?
Justice Hill was able to make the most of his chances in week 1, scoring two touchdowns and finishing as the RB19 on only eight rushes.
Hill followed up this performance with 11 carries for 41 yards and three catches for 12 yards in Week 2. Despite not finding the end zone, Hill showcased his ability to be involved in the passing game.
It seems as though Baltimore will continue utilizing both Hill and Edwards, with both playing a similar amount of snaps as the season progresses. For a team that loves running the ball, this should mean plenty of opportunities for both backs.
Were There Any Worrying Signs With Justice Hill In Week 2?
Despite slightly edging out Gus Edwards in touches, Justice Hill was outplayed by his counterpart in Week 2.
Edwards was more efficient running the ball, as he turned 10 carries into 62 yards. On top of this, he was able to capitalize in the red zone and score Baltimore's sole rushing touchdown of the game.
If Edwards continues to be effective running the ball, he could overtake Hill as the top back on this team, leaving Hill to have less of a role on earlier downs.
It is slightly worrisome that Hill saw more red zone attempts than Edwards in this game but was not able to find the end zone.
Should I Pickup Justice Hill in Fantasy Football?
The Baltimore backfield is rather unpredictable week to week. It seems that as of right now, Justice Hill is considered the top back for the Ravens. However, the number of touches he is currently receiving is not enough to truly separate him from Gus Edwards.
Especially considering how efficient Edwards has been rushing the ball in his career, Justice Hill should not be considered a reliable starter at this point in the fantasy season. At best, he is a low-end flex option in PPR formats.
