The Denver Broncos had massive changes on offense this offseason. They moved on from Russell Wilson despite trading for him only two years ago. The team also parted with former first-round wide receiver Jerry Jeudy, sending him to the Cleveland Browns for a pair of late-round picks in the 2024 NFL Draft.
While Courtland Sutton is still on the roster, the veteran has been the subject of trade rumors all offseason. He should be the No. 1 for the Broncos in 2024, barring a trade. However, the fight for the No. 2 role is up for grabs.
Josh Reynolds signed a two-year deal with Denver this offseason. He will compete with Marvin Mims Jr. and the fourth-round rookie Troy Franklin for the No. 2 wide receiver role.

Josh Reynolds 2024 Fantasy Football Outlook
The veteran wide receiver played for the Detroit Lions last year. He was the WR53, averaging 6.4 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. Reynolds was a part-time play for the Lions, splitting snaps with Jameson Williams and others. Yet, the veteran had 40 receptions on 64 targets for 608 receiving yards and five touchdowns last season, providing fantasy players with some meaningful performances. He should have a similar role in Denver.

Marvin Mims Jr. 2024 Fantasy Football Outlook
Many had high hopes for Mims as a rookie. The former Oklahoma star had nearly 2,400 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns in college. Unfortunately, his first year in the NFL was a massive fantasy bust. He was the WR92, averaging 3.4 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. Mims had only 22 receptions on 33 targets for 377 receiving yards and a touchdown in 2023. Yet, the young receiver should see a more consistent target share with Jeudy no longer on the roster.

Is Josh Reynolds Or Marvin Mims Jr. The WR2 For The Broncos?
It's possible fantasy players shouldn’t prioritize either wide receiver over Franklin. The rookie had first-round NFL Draft hype before the NFL Combine. More importantly, he was college teammates with Bo Nix, giving him a possible advantage over Reynolds and Mims.
However, Mims is the far better fantasy option and is worthy of a late-round selection in redraft leagues. He had limited opportunities as a rookie but flashed big-play potential. Meanwhile, Reynolds has never been fantasy-relevant for an entire season, and that likely won’t change in 2024.
