Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs has been a premier option in fantasy football this season, exploding in four different weeks for week-winning performances. Given his mid-round draft capital, he has a strong chance to be considered a league-winner this season.
Jacobs has been banged up the past two weeks with calf and quadricep injuries and has been limited in practices to nurse the injuries, but has remained a top option at running back.
Against Seattle in Week 12, he touched the ball 39 times for 303 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns, including an 86-yard game-winner in overtime. He followed that performance up in Week 13 against the Chargers with a 28-touch, 150-yard, one-touchdown performance.

While being limited in practice, the Raiders have not shied away from giving Jacobs the ball in games.
Josh Jacobs Injury News
Jacobs was limited in Tuesday’s practice, much like he has been over the past two weeks. With the Raiders geared up to play against the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football, the fact that he is practicing in a limited fashion is good news for his game status this week.
Is Josh Jacobs Injured or Playing in Week 14 Fantasy Football?
All signs point to Josh Jacobs playing through the injuries as he has in the past two weeks without his workload or production being capped. Thursday night’s game against the Rams offers another juicy matchup for Jacobs to potentially explode yet again.
While the quad injury is new, it does not appear to be anything that will limit Jacobs’ production given that he is still practicing and on track to handle his usual workload on Thursday night.
All Jacobs owners need to roster Zamir White as a handcuff in the event that Jacobs further injures himself, but as of right now, he is in good shape to keep putting up RB1 numbers. Jacobs should be firmly set in lineups in what is the final week of the regular season for many fantasy leagues.
