Is Ja'Marr Chase Playing Today Against Kansas City?
The Bengals' superstar wide receiver has missed the team's last four games with a hairline fracture in his hip. Despite the scary injury, Chase has resumed practice in recent weeks and appears to be trending in the right direction.
The LSU alum almost got the green light to return last week against the Tennessee Titans, but Cincinnati decided to play it safe with a receiver that's a franchise cornerstone.
After getting in a full practice session Friday, Chase is expected to return to action today against the Kansas City Chiefs. According to reports, he isn't expected to have any snap-count limitations in Week 13.
Ja'Marr Chase Fantasy Football Outlook for Week 13
It's been a long wait for Chase and his fantasy managers, but it looks as though the phenom will be back on the field in Week 13 following a four-game absence.
While he officially carries a questionable tag, it has been widely reported that Chase is fully expected to suit up against Kansas City in today's AFC showdown. He isn't expected to have any limitations or to be on a snap count against the Chiefs.
Fantasy managers who have been waiting on their star player's return can fire up Chase today as a WR1. It's always scary when a player is returning from an injury, but Cincinnati wouldn't allow him to play if they didn't feel he was 100%. This AFC Championship game rematch carries the highest O/U on the Week 13 and it should be a terrific game environment for Chase.
