Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (toe/ankle) will head to his second consecutive Super Bowl after the team defeated the Baltimore Ravens on the road in the AFC Championship. In that game, Pacheco carried the ball 24 times for 68 yards and one touchdown.
Pacheco has been dealing with a toe/ankle injury for a couple of weeks now, which has landed him on the injury report. He popped up again on the injury report ahead of the Chiefs' Super Bowl LVIII matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.
So, is Pacheco injured or healthy? Will he be able to play in the Super Bowl? Let's dive in.

Isiah Pacheco Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Pacheco came into last week's AFC Championship Game as questionable with that toe/ankle issue. However, he ultimately winded up playing 79% of the Chiefs' offensive snaps in that contest. So, there likely isn't a major concern with that injury.
The 24-year-old running back did start the week on the injury report, though. In Wednesday's estimated practice, Kansas City listed Pacheco as a non-participant. But he upgraded his practice status to limited one day later in the Chiefs' first official practice of the week.
With Pacheco practicing in a limited fashion on Thursday, he should be ready to go against the 49ers next week. The Super Bowl is also 10 days away, so the young running back will have plenty of time to rest his injuries before then.
Isiah Pacheco Fantasy Football Outlook
Pacheco has been a workhorse running back for the Chiefs in recent weeks, and that should continue in Super Bowl LVIII. The second-year back has carried the ball 63 times for 254 yards and three touchdowns in the three playoff games, including over 80 scrimmage yards in all three contests.
Pacheco has also scored a touchdown in seven straight games he has played in, dating back to Week 12 of the regular season. In those last seven contests, he has seen at least a 70% snap share six times while averaging 17.9 carries per game.
On top of that, the 49ers run defense has been suspect in the playoffs so far. They have given up over 120 rush yards in both playoff games, and opposing running backs are averaging over 5.3 yards per carry against this unit in the past two games. That makes Pacheco a solid option in all daily fantasy sports (DFS) contests in the Super Bowl.
