San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle is one the best in the NFL at his position. While his career is full of highlight reel plays, it has also been impacted by injuries.
The elite tight end has missed 18.3% of the games in his career because of various injuries. Kittle missed the Week 1 matchup against the Chicago Bears because of a groin injury he suffered in practice. After not practicing on Wednesday and Thursday, the veteran was a limited participant in Friday’s practice.
However, will Kittle be able to play tomorrow against the Seattle Seahawks?

Is George Kittle Playing in Week 2 Against the Seahawks?
While he was able to practice in some capacity on Friday, head coach Kyle Shanahan called Kittle a game-time call.
However, the latest reports say Kittle won't play against the Seahawks.
Should I Start Tyler Kroft for Fantasy Football?
Last week Kroft scored only 1.4 half-point PPR fantasy points against the Bears. Furthermore, despite playing the most snaps among San Francisco tight ends, he saw only two targets in the game.
With Kittle likely out for the second straight game because of the groin injury, fantasy players can find much better replacement options on the waiver wire than Kroft.
Who Should I Pickup Off the Waiver Wire?
Instead of adding Kroft off the waiver wire, fantasy players should target these three tight ends: Hayden Hurst, Evan Engram, and Logan Thomas. All three are available in over 75% of ESPN leagues.
Of the three, Hurst is my favorite to add. He will see a larger role if Tee Higgins can’t play tomorrow because of a concussion. Last week, the veteran tight end played 75% of the snaps and had a pair of red zone targets. While he only scored 7.1 fantasy points, Hurst had the third-most targets on the team and finished ahead of trusty slot receiver Tyler Boyd.
The good news for fantasy players is the Cincinnati Bengals have a late afternoon kickoff, just like the 49ers. Assuming Kittle is inactive for his game, fantasy players can add Hurst to their team at the very last minute.
