Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is dealing with a hamstring injury currently. He's had this ailment for a while, as he played through the injury in Week 11, but limped off the field after the game and wasn't able to play in Week 12. It probably wasn't the best idea to play in the previous game.
Still, Smith is important to his team, even if he's just running decoy and clear-out routes. His quarterback, Jalen Hurts, can take advantage of his presence on the field by just dumping it off to running back Saquon Barkley anyway, and letting him do the hard work.
Will Smith be able to suit up in Week 13?

Is DeVonta Smith Playing In Week 13?
He's officially listed as "Questionable" on the injury report, and is a game-time decision for Week 13. Supposedly, he's "pushing" to play in the game. It seems like a bad idea, considering he's now injured his hamstring for a second time. The team is 9-2 and is a near-lock for the playoffs.
#NFL Injury Updates:#Jets Breece Hall - Playing. Data projects full workload#Eagles DeVonta Smith - TBD. Data favors sitting (60%). High re-injury risk if active#Jaguars Trevor Lawrence - No production dip expected given non-throwing side. High risk if he lands on it

The team would be best suited to hold him out of the game. That doesn't mean they will, but Dr. Deepak Chona from SportsMedAnalytics indicated that the data is in favor of him being held out. Hammy injuries are very easy to re-aggravate, and it seems like it would be a huge risk to let him take the field.
UPDATE: Smith is inactive, meaning he will not play.
Eagles WR DeVonta Smith is inactive today vs. the Ravens. Team thinks he’s close to returning from his hamstring injury, but not today.

Should I Start Dallas Goedert for Fantasy Football Week 13
Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is a solid to start in Week 13 even if Smith suits up. But he should get elevated targets if No. 6 isn't able to go. The Eagles play the Baltimore Ravens in the afternoon window of games. Most fantasy managers have likely already made their decisions, but we recommend starting this Eagles tight end.
Big day in store for Dallas Goedert?
The Ravens are allowing the most tight end receptions and second-most TE yards. #Eagles

It'll be a solid matchup for him. The Ravens have been porous against the pass this year and are very vulnerable to WR and TE production. The Ravens also great at stopping running backs, and their All-Pro linebacker, Roquan Smith (hamstring) is set to return to the game. He's the heart of their run defense.
Baltimore has the league's best offense, too. A shootout is possible, which would force Philly to pass the ball more. That's a good thing.
