Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry has looked like his usual self over the last two weeks, piling up 178 rushing yards and four touchdowns.
With rookie Will Levis at quarterback, the Titans want to keep their star running back as the emphasis of the offense. Week 13 marked the eighth time the 29-year-old saw at least 15 touches in a game this year and the fourth time he went over 100 total yards.
But will Derrick Henry be available for the Titans' Week 14 game against the Miami Dolphins? Is Derrick Henry injured? What is the latest Derrick Henry injury news?

Derrick Henry Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Derrick Henry left the team's Week 13 game early and played only 40% of the snaps. Reportedly, he exited the game in the fourth quarter to undergo a concussion check and did not return.
On Monday, head coach Mike Vrabel stated that Henry is not in concussion protocol, indicating he is likely to play in Week 14. Monitoring his practice status this week will provide a good indicator, but he's expected to be a full participant if he isn't in the protocol.
Henry has not missed a game all season, likely due in part to playing 50% or more of the snaps in only seven games. He has never played in more than 71% of the snaps, thanks to the addition of rookie Tyjae Spears, who helps lessen Henry's workload.
Derrick Henry Fantasy Football Outlook
Henry should be good to go in Week 14, assuming he's no longer in the protocol. However, Spears saw a season-high usage in his absence. The rookie running back finished with a season-high 16 carries for 75 yards, along with four catches for 13 yards. His involvement in the passing game has been consistent all year, and giving him the full workload would make him a valuable asset.
If Henry can suit up in Week 14, he'll face the Miami Dolphins, who allow the fifth-fewest points per game to running backs this season. The Dolphins' offense is formidable, and there's a good chance the Titans will be throwing early to chase points.
The upcoming matchups against the Texans twice and the Seahawks in the fantasy playoffs are very favorable. The veteran still holds value in Week 14 due to his crucial role in the offense. If he's healthy, the Titans will need to stay somewhat in the game for Henry to produce.
