Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) has had a rough go with injuries for the past few seasons. This year is no exception. He's recovering from a high-ankle sprain he suffered in Week 2, and it's possible he could return to play this week. The Rams desperately need him back.
Fellow star Rams WR Puka Nacua (knee) hasn't played since Week 1 after spraining his MCL, Los Angeles has played four full games without their top-two options in the passing game and the two players that hog the majority of targets. As a result, they're now 1-4 (though that's partly also due to other injuries).
So will Cooper Kupp return this week and potentially save his team from another loss?

Is Cooper Kupp Playing in Week 7?
Word on the street is that he has a good chance of returning, but it's still up in the air whether he'll be available. He's now logged two straight limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday and is trending in the right direction, but the team still doesn't know if it's best to put him back on the field.

He's looked pretty solid in the practice footage that's released, and while that can always be misleading, it looks like he's running close to full speed and able to handle the change of direction that NFL routes require. By the time Sunday rolls around, he'll be five weeks removed from his injury.
🔥 Cooper Kupp is BACK 🔥
I still think there’s a good chance the Rams play this safe & hold him out 1 more week, but Kupp looks like someone who COULD play if needed 📈
Keep in mind LA plays Vegas on Sunday, so they definitely don’t NEED Kupp to win 🧐pic.twitter.com/FEkA5h2I9O

Cooper Kupp Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook
Any time he steps on the field, he's a must-start. The Triple Crown winner from just a few years back clearly showed that he still has the ability to get open, make catches, and gain yards after the catch in Week 1, when he caught 14 passes for 110 yards and one touchdown on a ridiculous 21 targets.

It wasn't always pretty in Week 1, unless you have him on any rosters in PPR scoring formats, in which case it was glorious from start to finish. Nacua won't play this week, so if Kupp does play, he could see another ludicrous target and reception total. Fire him up if he takes the field.
