Lamb is the cornerstone of any team that has him on their roster, so naturally, it caused some concern when he didn't practice on Wednesday.

CeeDee Lamb Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Yes, Lamb does technically have an injury, but the injury rate for NFL players is 100% because of the amount of punishment running, cutting, and juking full speed with pads and a helmet on causes along with taking hits from the top .01% of the world's athletes.
Lamb is listed as having an ankle injury, but thankfully it's not viewed as serious. The most likely scenario is that he's sore or picked up a minor ankle twist or roll in the Cowboys' Week 2 game against the Saints and is being given a veteran rest day. This is a common practice for key players.
#Cowboys injury report (Wednesday) vs. Ravens:
🔑 Jake Ferguson (knee) returned to practice in a limited capacity
🔑 Trevon Diggs DNP (foot)
🔑 Mazi Smith DNP (back) after leaving practice early
🔑 CeeDee Lamb DNP (ankle) but no indication there's any concernFull report: pic.twitter.com/mS3NowwHUI

Lamb should return to practice at some point this week. If the injury is truly minor, he will likely return Thursday in some capacity (limited or full practice). Lamb owners don't have much reason for concern yet. Wednesday is the most common veteran rest day for games on Sunday.
As with any injury, the practice reports leading up to the game after the typical veterans rest day (Wednesday for Sunday games, Thursday for Monday games) are important to keep up with. Lamb managers need to keep an eye on the situation as it evolves.
