Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown is one of the top pass catchers in the NFL. Unfortunately, he missed three games earlier this season with a hamstring injury.
Yet, the superstar is still the WR14 for the year, averaging 14.1 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. Furthermore, he played well last week despite missing Jalen Hurts, totaling three receptions on five targets for 36 receiving yards, a touchdown, and 11.1 fantasy points.
However, will Brown play in Week 18 against the New York Giants in a meaningless game for the Eagles?

Is A.J. Brown Starting And Playing This Week?
Philadelphia is locked into the No. 2 seed in the NFC playoffs after defeating the Dallas Cowboys in Week 17. While Saquon Barkley has a chance to break Eric Dickerson’s 40-year-old rushing record this week, Brown has no reason to see the field on Sunday.
The superstar wide receiver told the media after the win over the Cowboys that he plans to rest in Week 18 and get ready for the playoffs. Therefore, fantasy players must find a replacement for Brown in their lineups this week.

Replacement Options Off The Waiver Wire
Hopefully, fantasy players have a solid replacement option for Brown on their bench. However, the waiver wire has some appealing streaming wide receivers in Week 18.
Parker Washington is rostered in only 3% of Yahoo leagues. Yet, the second-year wide receiver has played well lately. He has averaged 9.9 half-point PPR fantasy points per game since the Jacksonville Jaguars Week 12 bye. Furthermore, Washington is coming off a solid performance in the win over the Tennessee Titans.
Last week, the former Penn State wide receiver caught all three of his targets for 31 receiving yards, a touchdown, and 10.6 fantasy points against the division rivals. Meanwhile, Washington faces an Indianapolis Colts defense that gave up four passing touchdowns to Drew Lock last week, including at least one score to Malik Nabers, Wan'Dale Robinson, and Darius Slayton.
What a grab by Parker Washington!
