Coby Mayo - 3B, Baltimore Orioles
Current Level: MLB
Availability: 28%
2024 stats: 2 G, .000/.182/.000, 0 HR, 0 RBI, 1 R, 0 SB
Coby Mayo has finally been promoted to the major league! The news came on Friday, and now fantasy managers and baseball enthusiasts alike will get to see everything that Mayo has to offer on the biggest stage of them all.
The 22-year-old currently ranks as the 15th-best prospect on the MLB pipeline and has excelled at every level of play during his minor league career. Most recently, throughout this season in Triple-A, he slashed .301/.375/.586 with 20 HR and 61 RBI in 77 games.
Coby Mayo is coming to the big leagues.
Per @masnRoch, Baltimore will call up baseball's No. 12 prospect.

Coby Mayo possesses all of the traits that the Orioles look for in young players throughout their organization. Standing at 6-foot-5, he is strong and has lots of bat speed and power. Plus, his improved approach at the plate recently has led to fewer strikeouts and more walks.
Baltimore has one of the deepest rosters in baseball. However, few players in the game were more deserving of a promotion than Mayo. If he can continue to have good at-bats and hit the ball well, expect him to see everyday reps and play a huge role in the Orioles' securing a playoff spot.

Jasson Dominguez - OF, New York Yankees
Availability: 29%
Current Level: Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders
2024 stats: 16 G, .302/.343/.460, 2 HR, 7 RBI, 10 R, 4 SB
New York Yankees’ top prospect, Jasson Dominguez, has missed lots of time this season due to several different injuries. Mainly, he started the season on the injured list after having Tommy John surgery in 2023 and suffered an oblique injury in mid-June.
He is, however, healthy right now and has shown signs of great improvement since returning from that oblique injury: He is 4-22 with a double and two RBI.

According to MLB Pipeline, Dominguez currently ranks as the 25th-best prospect in baseball and has tremendous upside as a player. His signature attribute is his power, which he has consistently shown from both sides of the plate.
The Yankees have been weary as of late, and urgently have to find a replacement for the struggling Alex Verdugo. Dominguez, who was very good in eight games last year with the Yankees (four HR, seven RBI), seems to be the most likely choice to do so. Fantasy managers should be preparing for Dominguez to not only join the major leagues but also see significant playing time.
Obviously Jasson Dominguez should be hitting 4th behind Judge. Then there will be a price to pay.
Dominguez is switch hitter and also creates matchup problems for opposing managers, much like Bernie did when he hit 4th. @RealMichaelKay @JackCurryYES @Yankees @DaveValleMLB pic.twitter.com/f9PjwuYnl1

Max Meyer - SP, Miami Marlins
Availability: 25%
Current Level: MLB
2024 stats: 5 GS, 2-0, 16 IP, 3.81 ERA, 5.13 FIP, 23.3% K%, 5.8% BB%, 48.6% GB%, .242 BABIP
Max Meyer, who has alternated between the major leagues and Triple-A throughout the season, is destined for a bigger role in August and September.
Meyer, the 79th-ranked prospect according to MLB Pipeline, has done very well in his limited time in the majors this season. Now, after the Marlins were big sellers at this year's trade deadline, Meyer has secured a spot in the starting rotation and will use the rest of this season to better establish himself in the majors.

Meyer has a wicked fastball-slider combo, which he has continued to work on and improve throughout this year. His fastball sits between 94-96 mph, with his slider hanging in the mid-80s.
Barring any injuries or setbacks, Meyer should be given a starting job for the remainder of the season and will continue to be one of the few bright spots on the Marlins roster.
