BALLER MOVE: Add in Five Outfielder 12-Team Leagues/AL-only
ROSTERED IN: 29% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Baltimore Orioles outfield prospect Heston Kjerstad is absolutely mashing the ball in Triple-A and is well worth stashing in deeper and AL-only formats for now.
The former Arkansas Razorback got a small taste of the majors last season, posting a modest .233/.281/.467 stat line and two home runs in 33 plate appearances. A look under the hood suggested that even in his small sample size in the majors, Kjerstad had a 20% barrel rate, 55% hard-hit rate, and .551xSLG, which would have placed him among the top hitters in the game.
Kjerstad is currently boasting an incredible .409/.471/.909 stat line with the Norfolk Tides. The No. 4 prospect in the Baltimore pipeline has already hit six home runs and 25 RBI in just 10 games, showcasing his elite potential.
Heston Kjerstad shouldn’t play another game in the minors after tonight

Kjerstad is a difficult player to stash in shallow formats, especially 10-team formats, because it is unknown when he will receive the call-up to the big leagues. Unfortunately, his video-game-esque numbers in Triple-A have still not been enough to warrant a promotion, but it should be sooner rather than later.
The Orioles have a very deep outfield, but whenever Kjerstad is called upon, he will be a popular waiver-wire target, especially because of his power potential. In deeper formats, it is important to get ahead of your league mates, especially when it comes to prospects.
