ANALYSIS: It looked like Ruggs was poised for a bigger game than he had, as he had three catches for 97 yards and a touchdown. But hey, Ruggs is a big-play receiver, and he made big plays in this game. Volume is going to continue to be an issue with Ruggs (5.3 targets per game), but he's capable of getting these giant, deep touchdowns, and he's posted at least 46 yards in every game this season. He ranks third among all receivers with 12 deep targets (2.0 per game), second in yards per reception (22.3), fifth in yards per target (13.9), and ninth with 350 completed air yards. He's a boom/bust player, but the booms can be pretty big. The Eagles matchup in Week 7 is as good a time as any to bet on upside. The Raiders have a bye in Week 8, but tasty matchups against the Giants and Chiefs are on tap following their off week.
