ANALYSIS: Heliot Ramos and the rest of the Giants offense have been feasting on the Colorado pitching staff this weekend. The Giants have scored 24 runs in their last two games with major contributions from Ramos, Luis Matos, and Jorge Soler among others.
Ramos was called up from Triple-A ten days ago and has started every game since but one, collecting a hit in all but one game that he has appeared in as well.

The 24-year-old Ramos was having a great year at Triple-A Sacramento, slashing .296/.388/.565 with eight home runs, 23 runs scored, and 21 RBI.
In ten games with the Giants, Ramos is hitting .297 with five runs scored and seven RBI. He's also stolen a base. With Michael Conforto still on the shelf, Ramos should continue to get an opportunity to play every day and has proven that he can keep hitting at a high average against major-league pitching. He has the speed to steal some bases as well.
