ANALYSIS: It might have taken a while for Greg Dulcich to take off, but one can confidently say his moment has finally arrived and he's definitely flying high these days and with half of the season in the books already. It's been now three weeks in a row playing and, even better, putting up numbers for a team that has been rather mediocre after all of the summer hoopla and hype.
Dulcich didn't play in the first five weeks of the year but finally did so in Week 6 – and judging by the outcomes, he surely hit the ground running. It's now been back-to-back-to-back weeks for Dulcich into the TE1 realm with three consecutive outings good for 11+ PPR points: 12.4 at Los Angeles Chargers, 11.1 against the Jets, and finally 12.7 at Jacksonville.
The Broncos tight end has taken his time because of health issues, but now that he's truly and fully available he's absolutely dominating. We're talking about a player slotted in a position that is scarce by nature and who has either caught 4+ passes or a touchdown in all past three weeks.
Dulcich is coming off his best game of the season and he didn't even score. The reason: 87 receiving yards on four receptions (five targets) to help Denver defeat the Jags. Prior to that, he had either a great pass-catching game (6-of-9 for 51 yards in Week 7) or a touchdown-scoring one (2-of-3, 44 yards, 1 TD in Week 6).
Don't hesitate and get some Dulcich shares while other fantasy GMs keep figuring out the position and thinking about what moves they should make. This is the one, so don't let him slip through the cracks.
