BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
ANALYSIS: When George Springer was first called up he was added in tons of leagues...and then subsequently dropped after a brutal start with an average dipping into the .170's. Of late Springer is hitting more like we expected him to. In particular, in nine games since May 6th he is hitting .306 with five of his seven XBH hits on the season including all three of his HR. I’ve always been a believer that Springer would finish the season with good numbers. He is still striking out a ton (17 in those last 9 games) so I suspect there are still rough patches to come. With the strikeout rate, the average he has posted during the 9 game span will not last, but a .270 BA is reasonable. Even with some cold streaks, Springer has a ton of power potential and good speed that I would rather be aggressive and add him now because the upside is too much to resist.
