ANALYSIS: Garrett Mitchell is an exciting outfielder who is nearing a return from injury. It was reported that Mitchell would take batting practice this week and could begin a rehab assignment after that if all goes well. Once he's ready to return, he'll likely take back over in center field with Sal Frelick and Jackson Chourio flanking him in the corners and Christian Yelich mostly in the DH spot.

There are some contact and strikeout issues with Mitchell, which causes inconsistent performance week to week, but Mitchell is an elite runner with above-average raw power that has a 650 PA pace of 23 home runs and 41 steals in the Majors. He should be stashed in deeper leagues as he continues to work his way back.
