ANALYSIS: Last season, Gabe Davis was a beacon of inconsistency. In his final year with the Bills, Davis had four games with 90 or more yards but also had five games where he recorded zero receptions. He really was the definition of boom or bust.

Now, in Jacksonville, Davis is hoping to have more of the big games and fewer of the stinkers. His Jags debut was an encouraging sign. While he was targeted just three times, he caught all three for 62 yards and played 94% of the team's offensive snaps.
We'd like to see a couple more of these games before we recommend starting Davis in fantasy, but his big-play ability makes him worth targeting as a top wide receiver off the waiver wire for Week 2, even if he's safest left on your bench when Jacksonville faces the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
