I've been on a bit of a roll on the side/total side of things on the books, but today we'll be looking at some props. MLB Pitcher Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
David Peterson OVER 5.5 Strikeouts (-165, DK) vs. SEA
I'll start off with David Peterson's strikeout prop. While Peterson has had a down season in terms of run prevention, he's been relatively consistent when it comes to striking batters out. He'll take on a Mariners lineup that despite being red-hot, are striking out at a 28.1% rate over the last week. Peterson's striking out hitters at a 24.1% clip on the season, 23.7% over the last 30 days, and 24.5% over the last two weeks. He projects to a 25.73% strikeout rate today and 6.04 strikeouts.
Griffin Canning OVER Outs (-145, DK) vs. OAK
I'll take a look at the over on Griffin Canning's out prop next. Canning has been working both as a starter and out of the bullpen lately. He is coming off a start where he threw seven innings of one-run ball against the Mets. He's allowed just five runs and has gone at least five innings in each of his last three starts. He takes on an Athletics lineup that projects to just a .286 wOBA in this one.

MLB Hitter Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Ronald Acuna OVER 1.5 TB (-150, FD) vs. LAD
It's been quite a season for Ronald Acuna, and quite a series as well. Acuna and Mookie Betts are going back and forth in a battle for NL MVP. Acuna definitely gets the more favorable matchup against the Dodgers' likely starter, Emmett Sheehan today. Acuna's .429 wOBA across the course of the season is impressive enough, but his .535 wOBA across the last week is even more impressive. He projects to a .463 wOBA against Sheehan's pitch types, and 2.36 total bases today.
Ke'Bryan Hayes OVER 1.5 TB (-105, FD) vs. STL
I'll wrap things up with Ke'Bryan Hayes's total bases prop here. Hayes has seen lefties very well this season, with a .298 average, .356 wOBA, and 122 wRC+. He'll take on righty Drew Rom, who projects to a 5.15 SIERA today. Hayes sees Rom's pitch types pretty well, with a .355 wOBA against them. He brings in a .481 wOBA across the last seven days, and projects to 2.23 total bases against Rom today.
