MLB Pitcher Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Frankie Montas OVER 3.5 strikeouts (-142 FanDuel Sportsbook)
Frankie Montas will be returning off of the IL after suffering from forearm tightness, but he missed the minimum and is ready to get back on the mound tonight. He struck out four or more batters in each of his first three starts to begin the season and should have a good shot to hit this mark again tonight.
Over the previous two weeks, the Arizona Diamondbacks are posting a 22% K rate vs. right-handers. They are also posting just a 6.7% walk rate and 77 wRC+ mark vs. righties over this same span, which should help Montas be able to pitch a bit deeper in this one.
Zach Eflin OVER 17.5 pitching outs (-155 Hard Rock Sportsbook)
Zach Eflin has a solid matchup at home against the White Sox where has has posted a 3.44 ERA over 18.1 innings pitched. He has gone six or more innings in two of his three home starts and in four total starts this season.
The matchup comes against the White Sox, who are posting a sub-1oo wRC+ mark over the previous two weeks, which ranks them in the bottom half of baseball over this span. They are also posting just a 5.5% walk rate, which should help keep Eflin out of trouble.

MLB Hitter Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Randy Arozarena OVER 1.5 hits + runs + RBI (-135 Hard Rock Sportsbook)
The odds are a bit skewed here for a guy who has opened the season struggling, but Arozarena does have hits in three of his previous four games, including a home run and a double. He has eclipsed this total in two of his previous four games as well. He will be up against right-hander Michael Soroka of the White Sox, which is good news as well.
On the season, Soroka has allowed a .270 BAA and four home runs to right-handed hitters. He has also posted an ERA north of 6.00 on the road while allowing 2.3 HR/9. Once Soroka is done, Arozarena and the Rays offense will be able to try and take advantage of a White Sox pen that has posted a 4.34 ERA on the season, ranking them in the bottom half of baseball.
Francisco Lindor OVER 1.5 total bases (+100 Hard Rock Sportsbook)
Francisco Lindor started the season slow but has collected five hits in his previous five games, including a double and a home run over this span. He has also hit five of his six home runs against right-handed pitching this season, which will be good news against Miles Mikolas of the St. Louis Cardinals.
On the season, Mikolas has allowed a .312 BAA and five home runs to right-handed hitters. He will also be pitching at home where he has allowed 2.4 HR/9 compared to 1.4 HR/9 on the road. Mikolas has also allowed 22 hits over his previous three starts, which should work in Lindor's favor.
