Hats off to the MENSA candidate who thought a joint practice between the Houston Texans and the Washington Redskins would be a genius idea.
In front of live ESPN cameras, four different fights broke out in Richmond, VA, between the two teams, the first one being the apparent cause and effect after a late hit from Houston’s Vince Wilfork.
Of course, this is a violation that must be rectified with an all out pissing contest. Both teams then put up their dukes on the next three plays. Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon then told reporters that were covering the practice that the fight was a failed “plan to end practice early” that escalated. Teams continued to practice, but were separated.
Good to know that one week away from the start of preseason, teams are looking to get out of practice early in order to make happy hour.
