Chris Olave (NO) Injury Update
The New Orleans Saints opened Chris Olave's (concussion) 21-day practice window on December 19. He's since missed both games he could have played in, extending his absence to seven games.
Olave fully practiced last week and is reportedly ready to return, despite New Orleans having nothing to play for.
Chris Olave will practice Wednesday. Darren Rizzi said he is another guy that is asking to return. Rizzi said he looks like the Chris Olave he's used to, it's a matter of his conditioning level and the medical staff giving the OK.

We'll better understand Olave's status as the Saints make their way through the practice week.
Joshua Palmer (LAC) Injury Update
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer left Saturday's win over the New England Patriots with a heel injury. He was spotted with a walking boot after the game.
Jim Harbaugh said he doesn't think Joshua Palmer's heel injury will require an IR stint. Palmer left the locker room Saturday in a walking boot.

If the injured reserve list is even mentioned as a possibility, one could predict Palmer will at least miss a game or two. The Chargers have clinched their playoff spot and are playing for seeding on Sunday.
Cedric Tillman (CLE) Injury Update
Cedric Tillman has been in the NFL's concussion protocol since November 21. After missing five games, the Browns placed the young receiver on injured reserve, officially ending his season.

The 2023 third-round pick emerged as a fantasy asset in his second season, finishing the year with 29 catches for 339 yards and three touchdowns. He'll be a late-round selection in fantasy drafts next season if Cleveland's depth chart looks similar.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling (NO) Injury Update
Marquez Valdes-Scantling missed Week 16's loss to Green Bay with a chest injury. He was limited in practice sessions last week. He gave it a go against Las Vegas despite the questionable tag. He reaggravated an injury and failed to catch a pass on Sunday.
Per Darren Rizzi: Kendre Miller has a concussion. Marquez Valdes-Scantling is a re-aggravation of the back injury. Jaylan Ford has a lower leg injury.

With zero postseason hopes, the Saints are not motivated to rush MVS back onto the football field.
Jaylen Waddle (MIA) Injury Update
Jaylen Waddle injured his knee against the Texans in Week 15 and missed Weeks 16 and 17. He was on the practice field with limited sessions on Thursday and Friday last week but was ultimately unable to suit up.
Head coach Mike McDaniel believes Waddle could return to game action this weekend.
Mike McDaniel optimistic on Jaylen Waddle for Sunday.

The Dolphins are competing for a playoff spot, needing a win and a Denver loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Waddle should be on the field if he is healthy enough to play.
