Week 13's wide receiver injury report is (thankfully) mostly devoid of big names. Still, several fantasy-relevant players are a question mark for the holiday weekend.

Jalen Coker (CAR) Injury Update
Game Status: OUT
Carolina Panthers undrafted rookie wide receiver Jalen Coker made a name for himself with his play and picked up his first career start in Week 10. Since then, a quad injury has kept him out of the lineup.

Adam Thielen, Xavier Legette, and David Moore will be Bryce Young's primary receivers on Sunday against Tampa Bay.
Keon Coleman (IND) Injury Update
Game Status: Questionable
A wrist injury cost Keon Coleman two games of his rookie season before the team's bye week. He's at risk of missing another game. While he's been limited in practice, ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg noted he was sporting a non-contact jersey on Friday.

Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status leading up to kickoff on Sunday evening. With health uncertainty and the potential for snow in Buffalo, Coleman should be kept on fantasy football benches this week.
DeMario Douglas (IND) Injury Update
Game Status: Questionable
New England Patriots wide receiver DeMario Douglas is tending to an ankle injury. The second-year receiver practiced all week in a limited fashion. He's officially questionable.
The #Patriots officially ruled out Cole Strange for Sunday.

Douglas leads New England wide receivers in receptions (48), receiving yards (477), and targets (66). Hunter Henry, Kendrick Bourne, and Kayshon Boutte will command the majority of targets if Douglas can't go.
Josh Downs, Alec Pierce (IND) Injury Update
Game Status: OUT, Questionable
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs landed on his shoulder while being tackled and briefly left the game against Detroit. He later returned but the outlook for this week isn't as optimistic.
#Colts WR Josh Downs on his right shoulder and being ruled out of Sunday’s game:
“It’s fine. Just coaches’ decision. Shane (Steichen) and the trainers talk about it and see what’s the best for the team.”

Fantasy managers won't have Downs available until the fantasy playoffs. The Colts have a bye in Week 14.
Alec Pierce is questionable with a foot injury. He missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday but fully practiced on Friday. Rookie Adonai Mitchell will take most of Downs' snaps and be even more involved if Pierce is also inactive.
DeVonta Smith (PHI) Injury Update
Game Status: Questionable
DeVonta Smith (hamstring) returned to practice this week, albeit in a limited fashion. The issue forced him to sit out of last week's contest against the Rams. He's unsure if he'll play against Baltimore.
DeVonta Smith said he doesn’t know if he’ll be able to play this Sunday. Said it’s not up to him, but even if it was, “I still don’t know.” pic.twitter.com/ph4KuoJV64
— EJ Smith (@EJSmith94) November 29, 2024
Players typically have an idea of whether they'll play or not. His statement doesn't exude confidence and leads one to believe he won't be back on Sunday. If he is, he could be on a snap count. The Eagles kick off in the afternoon window. Fantasy managers will hopefully have a better idea of Smith's status before the early window begins.
Cedric Tillman (CLE) Injury Update
Game Status: TBD
Cedric Tillman suffered a concussion against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football. The Browns don't play until Monday night, so Tillman has extra time to clear the league's protocol. As of Friday, he wasn't practicing but the coaching staff did not rule him out.
Browns WR Cedric Tillman (concussion protocol) also won't practice today but Stefanski won't rule him out either. OC Ken Dorsey said it won't be a "one-man show" to replace Tillman if he can't play. https://t.co/zm1OEuxxEb
— Daniel Oyefusi (@DanielOyefusi) November 29, 2024
Fantasy managers should know he's clear before the main slate kicks off on Sunday unless they have a viable backup option. The Browns are against the stingy Denver secondary, so Tillman may be a sit regardless.
