Quentin Johnston Waiver Wire Outlook for Fantasy Football
Rostered in 53% of leagues
All Johnston seems to do this year is score touchdowns. Coming into Week 12, Johnston had scored a touchdown in three consecutive games. He has six scores overall this year.
But Monday night's loss to the Ravens showed the bad side of rostering Johnston, as he was targeted five times but failed to bring in any of those. Over the last three games, Johnston has been targeted 15 times, but he has just four receptions in that span.

Fantasy managers should still add Johnston for his big-play upside, but he's a matchup-dependent boom-or-bust option right now in fantasy leagues.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling Waiver Wire Outlook for Fantasy Football
Rostered in 24% of leagues
The Saints were off this past week, but before the bye, Valdes-Scantling was playing very good football. He isn't seeing a ton of volume, but his big-play ability has been on display as he's scored three touchdowns over the past two games.

The floor is low for MVS because he's only going to get a handful of targets each week, but his ability to do things like score a 71-yard touchdown makes him a strong boom-or-bust flex option.
He's not going to make fantasy managers forget about the guy he's replacing in New Orleans, Rashid Shaheed. But what Valdes-Scantling can do is score you some touchdowns.

Will Dissly Waiver Wire Outlook for Fantasy Football
Rostered in 52% of leagues
Los Angeles Chargers tight end Will Dissly is coming off another strong showing, catching four passes for 47 yards on Monday night against the Ravens.
You need your playmakers to make plays…#Chargers WR Ladd McConkey & TE Will Dissly: 10 receptions, 10 targets, 130 yds.

This now marks three games in a row with four or more catches for Dissly and is the fourth time in the past six games that Dissly finished with at least 40 receiving yards.
The veteran tight end isn't elite, but his recent usage gives him streaming appeal in fantasy leagues.
