Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em - Week 11 Matchups Analysis

Jaymyr Gibbs - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS and Betting Picks

Welcome back, RotoBallers, to another start'em and sit'em piece as we look ahead to Week 11! There will be four teams (Arizona Cardinals, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Carolina Panthers, and New York Giants) on bye this week, so fantasy managers will need to navigate getting through this bye week. This Week 11 matchups analysis and Start 'Em, Sit 'Em piece will help you make the right lineup decisions this week.

In Week 10, players like Jauan Jennings made the love list, while DeAndre Hopkins and Jayden Daniels made the hate list. Jennings winded up finishing as the WR16, and Hopkins (WR33) and Daniels (QB24) finished with less than 10 PPR fantasy points.

So, let's dive into every Week 11 game (Sunday through Monday) and analyze the best starts and sits. This article will go through every player in every game to determine which players you should be starting in fantasy this week.

Matchups Analysis - Sunday 1:00 EST Games

Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers

Spread: Ravens -3

Matchups We Love:

QB Russell Wilson

Russell Wilson has been a solid fantasy option since he took over the starting job. Wilson has finished as a top-10 fantasy quarterback in two of his three starts this season. Now, he gets a great matchup against the Ravens in Week 11. Baltimore has given up the second-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks while allowing a top-10 fantasy quarterback in five of the past six weeks. Therefore, he will be a solid QB1 option.

WR George Pickens

George Pickens has totaled at least 70 receiving yards in all three games with Russell Wilson this season, which has helped him finish as a top-5 fantasy wide receiver in two of the past three weeks. With a matchup against the Ravens in Week 11, Pickens is a solid WR1 option. Baltimore has given up the most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts and just allowed Ja'Marr Chase to total 264 yards and three touchdowns last week.

TE Pat Freiermuth

If you are looking for a tight end this week, Pat Freiermuth could be a sneaky option in deeper leagues. Although he has seen only eight targets in three games with Wilson, Freiermuth has a great matchup on deck against the Ravens. Baltimore has allowed a top-12 fantasy tight end in seven of the past eight games. The Steelers playmaker could be a solid start in 16-plus team leagues.

Matchups We Hate:

RB Najee Harris

Najee Harris (ankle) is battling an ankle injury heading into the week, but he should be good enough to go. However, he will be a risky RB2 option in Week 11 against the Ravens. Baltimore is allowing 3.2 yards per carry to opposing running backs this season while giving up the ninth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position. With Harris being a non-factor in the receiving game, he's a very touchdown-dependent option this week.

Update: Harris is off the injury report and Jaylen Warren (back) is questionable for Sunday.

WR Rashod Bateman

Rashod Bateman's fantasy value is surely rising after the wideout finished with a season-high six catches in last week's win. Nonetheless, he is a risky flex option in all formats this weekend. Bateman could draw Joey Porter Jr. on the outside, and Porter ranks 23rd in man success rate (76.2%) and has yet to allow a touchdown this season. Diontae Johnson should also remain on benches after seeing only five snaps in Week 10.

Other Matchups:

QB Lamar Jackson

The Steelers have been one of the best teams against fantasy quarterbacks this season. Pittsburgh has given up the second-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks while not allowing a top-12 fantasy quarterback all year. Just last week, this secondary also held Jayden Daniels to only 8.6 fantasy points. However, you're still starting Lamar Jackson with confidence in Week 11. Jackson is averaging 26 fantasy points per game.

RB Derrick Henry

Derrick Henry continued his touchdown streak last week and will remain a strong RB1 option against the Steelers. Although Pittsburgh is giving up only 3.8 yards per carry to opposing running backs this season, that defense has allowed a top-7 fantasy running back in three of the past four games.

WR Zay Flowers

With Zay Flowers working in the slot, he will avoid the Porter shadow in this contest. That is certainly good news for his fantasy value in Week 11. While the Steelers have done a solid job against slot wideouts this season -- only allowing 10.8 PPR fantasy points per game -- this is a game script that could work in Flowers' favor. So, he'll be a WR2 option this weekend.

TE Mark Andrews

With Isaiah Likely (hamstring) out last week, Mark Andrews played a season-high 87% of the team's offensive snaps while running 29 routes. That helped him finish as the TE2 on the week. Given that the Steelers have allowed at least 10 PPR fantasy points to a tight end in three of the past five games, he'll be a solid TE1 option this weekend.

Injuries:

  • Jaylen Warren (back)

Jacksonville Jaguars at Detroit Lions

Spread: Lions -13.5

Matchups We Love:

QB Jared Goff

Jared Goff has been more of a QB2 option for fantasy managers in recent weeks, as the Lions quarterback has scored under 16 fantasy points in three straight games. But Goff will come in as a low-end QB1 option in Week 11 against the Jaguars. Jacksonville has allowed a top-12 fantasy quarterback in eight of 10 games this season.

Lions RBs

You are starting both Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery in Week 11 against the Jaguars. Jacksonville has allowed the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this season. Given that Gibbs has scored at least 14 PPR fantasy points in seven of nine games and Montgomery has scored at least 12 PPR fantasy points in eight of nine games, this is a great matchup for both Lions backs this week.

WR Amon-Ra St. Brown

Amon-Ra St. Brown has scored a touchdown in seven straight games and will remain a strong WR1 option against the Jaguars. Jacksonville has given up the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts this season, and slot wideouts like DeVonta Smith (18.7 PPR fantasy points) and Keenan Allen (21.9 PPR fantasy points) have had big games against this secondary in recent weeks.

TE Sam LaPorta

It remains to be seen if Sam LaPorta (shoulder) will play in Week 11. He injured his shoulder in last week's win and did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday. If he does suit up, though, he is a low-end TE1 option in a great matchup. The Jaguars gave up 12 catches to Viking tight ends a week ago while allowing a top-12 fantasy tight end in five of the past six weeks.

Update: LaPorta is out for Sunday's game.

Matchups We Hate:

RB Travis Etienne Jr.

Tank Bigsby (ankle) was banged up in last week's loss, which led to Travis Etienne Jr. playing 68% of the team's offensive snaps. However, even if Bigsby misses Week 11, Etienne is not a strong play against the Lions. Detroit has given up the sixth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this season. So, he'll be a risky flex option in 12-plus team leagues this weekend.

Update: Bigsby is out for Sunday's game, making Etienne a low-end RB2 option.

TE Evan Engram

Even without Trevor Lawrence last week, Evan Engram saw eight targets to go with six catches for 40 yards. In Week 11, he'll be a low-end TE1 option against a Lions defense that has allowed the second-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends. While this isn't the best matchup for Engram, he has been a consistent fantasy option this season. He has finished as a top-12 fantasy tight end in four of the past five weeks.

Other Matchups:

QB Mac Jones

Mac Jones will make another start in Week 11, but he should only be started in deeper Superflex leagues. Jones only scored 7.2 fantasy points last week behind a 111-yard passing performance, and the Lions have done a great job against fantasy quarterbacks this season. Detroit has only allowed seven passing touchdowns this season.

WR Brian Thomas Jr.

Brian Thomas Jr. had his worst game of the season last week, catching only two passes for 12 yards. With Jones starting again in Week 11, Thomas will be a low-end WR3 option. Even though this matchup against the Lions is a favorable one for the rookie, he's too hard to trust in lineups this week. He has seen only seven targets over the past two games.

WR Jameson Williams

In his first game back from suspension, Jameson Williams totaled three catches for 53 yards. With a great matchup against the Jaguars in Week 11, Williams will be a potential flex play in 12-plus team leagues this weekend. Jacksonville has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to outside wide receivers this season. If this game can stay close, the speedy wideout could be in for a solid fantasy day.

Injuries:

  • Trevor Lawrence (shoulder)
  • Christian Kirk (collarbone)
  • Tank Bigsby (ankle)

Los Angeles Rams at New England Patriots

Spread: Rams -4.5

Matchups We Love:

RB Kyren Williams

Shockingly, Kyren Williams hasn't scored a touchdown in back-to-back games. During those two weeks, Williams has finished as the RB28 and RB21 in PPR formats. However, the 24-year-old running back has a great matchup in Week 11 against the Patriots. New England has allowed the third-most rush yards and ninth-most fantasy points per game to the position this season. As a result, Williams is a strong RB1 play this week.

TE Hunter Henry

It was a disappointing game for Hunter Henry last week, as he only caught one pass for 14 yards. But there continues to be plenty of positives from the veteran tight end. He played 89% of the team's offensive snaps and has seen at least six targets in three of the past four games. With a matchup against the Rams this week, Henry will be a low-end TE1 option. Los Angeles has allowed five top-12 fantasy tight ends in 2024.

Matchups We Hate:

None

Other Matchups:

QB Drake Maye

Drake Maye has been a solid quarterback option in his four full starts this season. In those four games, Maye has finished as a top-16 fantasy quarterback three times. So, he'll enter Week 11 as a high-end QB2 option against the Rams -- thanks to his rushing upside. The rookie has rushed for over 35 yards in three different contests this season, and Los Angeles has allowed a top-16 fantasy quarterback in five of its past eight games.

QB Matthew Stafford

With Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua back, Matthew Stafford is averaging 41.3 pass attempts and 290 pass yards per game over the last three weeks. Those numbers certainly make the veteran an appealing QB2 option this weekend. The Patriots have also allowed over 17 fantasy points to five different quarterbacks this season.

RB Rhamondre Stevenson

With the Patriots keeping games close in recent weeks, that has paid off for Rhamondre Stevenson in fantasy. Although he only totaled 8.7 PPR fantasy points last week, he did play 70% of the team's offensive snaps and saw 20 carries. As a result, he'll continue to be a solid RB2 option in Week 11. The Rams have let up six rush touchdowns to the position this year while allowing four different running backs to rush for over 90 yards.

WR Cooper Kupp

Kupp will remain a strong WR1 option in Week 11 against the Patriots. He has finished as the WR2, WR25, WR10, and WR18 in his four full games this season and saw at least seven targets in each of those four contests. Although the Patriots have allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to slot wideouts this season, the Rams wideout should remain in lineups this weekend.

WR Puka Nacua

There's a good chance that Puka Nacua will draw the Christian Gonzalez shadow in this game. Gonzalez has been a true lockdown corner on the outside this year, ranking 11th in passer rating allowed (76.9) and 21st in catch rate allowed (53.3%). That's not the best news for Nacua in Week 11. However, you are still starting him as a solid WR1 option. The wideout has totaled over 18 PPR fantasy points in both of his full games this season.

Patriots WRs

Both DeMario Douglas and Kayshon Boutte could be a potential flex play in deeper leagues. Boutte, though, might be the better play of the two. The second-year wideout has played at least 96% of the team's offensive snaps in back-to-back games while seeing at least six targets in three straight weeks.

As for Douglas, he will be a more viable play in PPR formats. He has caught 11 passes over the past two games while seeing 14 total targets during that span. With the Rams allowing 11.1 PPR fantasy points per game to slot wideouts this season, the Patriots playmaker will be a WR4 option this weekend.

Injuries:

None

Cleveland Browns at New Orleans Saints

Spread: Saints -1

Matchups We Love:

QB Derek Carr

The Browns have allowed a top-12 fantasy quarterback in five of the past seven games. Therefore, Carr will be a solid QB2 option in Week 11. Even though the veteran will still be without his top three playmakers in this game, Cleveland has allowed multiple passing touchdowns in four straight contests. So, after his 20-point performance last week, he has some potential in Superflex formats.

RB Nick Chubb

Nick Chubb has seen consistent carries since being activated from injured reserve. The Browns running back has seen 42 carries in his three games this season. However, his production hasn't necessarily been great. He is averaging only 2.7 yards per carry and 6.6 PPR fantasy points per game. Chubb, though, is a solid RB2 option in Week 11 against a Saints defense that has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game to the position.

WR Cedric Tillman

Cedric Tillman is looking like a league winner. Tillman has finished as the WR10, WR3, and WR12 over the last three games. Now, he gets a favorable matchup against a Saints secondary that has given up the third-most receiving yards to wideouts this season. New Orleans has also allowed five different wideouts to finish top-20 at the position over the last five weeks. So, the Browns playmaker is a low-end WR2 option.

WR Elijah Moore

Elijah Moore should only be considered in deeper leagues, but he has some potential this week. Since Moore plays 64% of his snaps in the slot, he can be a potential flex play in 14-plus team leagues. The Saints have given up the most fantasy points per game to slot wideouts while allowing slot wideouts like Jaxon Smith-Njigba (130 yards), Chris Godwin (125 yards), and Ladd McConkey (111 yards) to have big games in recent weeks.

Matchups We Hate:

QB Jameis Winston

Jameis Winston will remain the Browns quarterback in Week 11. However, he should only be started in Superflex formats this weekend. The Saints have only allowed two quarterbacks to score over 15 fantasy points against them this year, and this secondary has allowed only eight passing touchdowns all year. As a result, Winston is a riskier QB2 option this week.

Other Matchups:

RB Alvin Kamara

Alvin Kamara is a must-start in Week 11 against the Browns. He has caught at least five passes in seven straight games and remains a key focus in New Orleans' offense with several wideouts injured. Given that he is averaging 20.7 PPR fantasy points this season, he is a strong RB1 play.

Saints WRs

Marquez Valdes-Scantling finished as the WR2 last week behind a 109-yard, two-touchdown performance. However, he is a boom-or-bust flex option in deeper leagues against the Browns after seeing just three targets. As for Mason Tipton and Cedrick Wilson Jr. (shoulder), they should only be started in desperate situations. Tipton didn't catch any passes in Week 10, and Wilson caught only two passes in his last game in Week 9.

WR Jerry Jeudy

In two starts with Winston, Jerry Jeudy has seen 19 targets to go with 12 catches and 152 yards. As a result, he is a sneaky flex option in Week 11 against the Saints. Jeudy plays about 33% of his snaps in the slot, which means he could be in for a solid fantasy day. New Orleans has allowed the most fantasy points per game to slot wideouts this season.

TE Taysom Hill

With Kendre Miller (hamstring) on injured reserve and Jamaal Williams (groin) ruled out, Taysom Hill should continue to be a safe tight-end option for fantasy managers in 12-plus team leagues. He has totaled at least four carries in four straight games while also seeing 11 targets over the last three weeks. So, even though the Browns have allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to tight ends, Hill is a safe play.

TE David Njoku

David Njoku will continue to be a strong TE1 option in Week 11 against the Saints. Njoku has seen at least seven targets in four straight games, and he has finished as a top-8 fantasy tight end in two of the past three weeks. Now, he goes up against a Saints secondary that has allowed a top-12 fantasy tight end in back-to-back games.

Injuries:

Indianapolis Colts at New York Jets

Spread: Jets -3.5

Matchups We Love:

QB Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers is coming off his worst fantasy game of the year, scoring only 4.04 fantasy points. However, Rodgers will come in as a high-end QB2 in Week 11 against the Colts. Indianapolis has allowed a top-12 fantasy quarterback in back-to-back weeks, and opposing quarterbacks are averaging 285 pass yards against this Indy secondary over the last three games.

RB Jonathan Taylor

Jonathan Taylor has been a solid RB1 option for fantasy managers this season, and he'll continue to be in the RB1 territory in Week 11 against the Jets. New York has had a hard time tackling this season, which means Taylor could be in for a strong rushing day. This defense has also allowed three different running backs to total over 95 rush yards over the last four weeks.

Matchups We Hate:

Colts WRs

Not only does Anthony Richardson starting mean that all Colts wide receivers (Josh DownsMichael Pittman Jr.Alec Pierce, and Adonai Mitchell) take a big hit in fantasy, but this matchup also isn't great against the Jets. New York has allowed the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts this season. That means Downs will be a risky WR3 option, while Pittman, Pierce, and Mitchell are risky flex plays in deeper formats.

Other Matchups:

QB Anthony Richardson

After being benched for the last two games, Richardson will now start for the rest of the season for the Colts. Given his rushing upside, he will be a solid QB2 option against a Jets defense that has allowed five rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks since Week 6. While his passing remains a work in progress, his legs could help him finish top-16 at the position this week. He has rushed for at least 45 yards in back-to-back games.

RB Breece Hall

Breece Hall has been somewhat of a disappointment for fantasy managers this season. He has scored under 13 PPR fantasy points in three straight games and currently is averaging 15.2 PPR fantasy points per game. However, Hall has a great matchup in Week 11 against the Colts. Indianapolis has allowed at least 75 rush yards to seven different running backs this season. That makes him a solid RB1 option this weekend.

WR Davante Adams

Davante Adams remains Rodgers' favorite target in New York's offense, as the veteran has seen at least 11 targets in back-to-back games. However, Adams is only averaging 11.7 PPR fantasy points in four games with the Jets. So, he'll be more of a WR2 option in Week 11 against a Colts secondary that has allowed some big games to outside wide receivers this year. Just last week, Mack Hollins totaled 86 receiving yards versus Indianapolis.

Update: Adams is on the injury report with a wrist/illness designation but should play in Week 11.

WR Garrett Wilson

Garrett Wilson might have had a bad game last week, but he'll be a low-end WR1 option in Week 11 against the Colts. Indianapolis has allowed the 12th-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts, and Wilson has seen at least eight targets in three of four games with Adams in town. His value hasn't taken a hit with the veteran opposite him on offense.

Injuries:

  • Davante Adams (wrist/illness)

Minnesota Vikings at Tennessee Titans

Spread: Vikings -5.5

Matchups We Love:

WR Calvin Ridley

In three games without DeAndre Hopkins, Calvin Ridley has finished as the WR5, WR30, and WR3 in PPR formats. In those three weeks, Ridley has also seen 32 targets to go with 20 catches and 300 receiving yards. Now, he gets a great matchup against a Vikings defense that has conceded the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts. So, Ridley will be a solid WR2 option this weekend.

Matchups We Hate:

QB Will Levis

Despite scoring 19 fantasy points last week against the Chargers, Will Levis should only be started in Superflex formats this week. The Vikings have allowed only three quarterbacks to score over 15 fantasy points this season while giving up the seventh-fewest fantasy points per game to the position. Therefore, Levis will be a low-end QB2 option.

RB Tony Pollard

With Tyjae Spears back in the mix, Tony Pollard played a season-low 54% of the team's offensive snaps last week. That led to him touching the ball only 13 times (his second-fewest in a game this season). Unfortunately, things don't get easier for him in Week 11 against the Vikings. Minnesota has allowed only three running backs to finish top-24 at the position this season. That makes Pollard a low-end RB2 play this weekend.

WR Jordan Addison

Jordan Addison should only be started in deeper leagues in Week 11. He has caught three passes or fewer in six of seven games this season while finishing outside the top 60 at the position in two of the past three weeks. So, Addison will be a risky flex play in 14-plus team leagues this weekend against a Titans secondary that has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts.

Other Matchups:

QB Sam Darnold

Sam Darnold will come in as a QB2 option in Week 11 against a tough Titans secondary. Tennessee has given up the fewest passing yards per game (156.7) this season while allowing only two top-16 fantasy quarterbacks since Week 4. As a result, Darnold will be more of a QB2 option in Superflex formats this weekend.

RB Aaron Jones

Aaron Jones is dealing with a rib injury, but the expectation is that he will be good enough to play on Sunday. If he does suit up, he will be a solid RB2 option against the Titans. Jones has seen at least 19 touches in three straight games, and that type of volume makes him a strong play in most formats. The Titans have also allowed six rushing touchdowns over the past four weeks.

WR Justin Jefferson

Justin Jefferson will remain a must-start in Week 11 against the Titans. He has totaled at least 80 receiving yards in seven of the past eight games and has finished as a top-12 fantasy wide receiver in five of those contests. So, even though the Titans have done a good job against fantasy wideouts this season, Jefferson is still a strong WR1 play this weekend.

TE T.J. Hockenson

Despite playing only 46% of the offensive snaps last week, T.J. Hockenson reeled in eight passes for 72 yards. That helped him finish as the TE5 in PPR formats. With Hockenson building back up, expect his snap share to continue to increase in the coming weeks. Given that he saw nine targets a week ago, he will be a solid TE1 option against a Titans defense that has allowed at least five catches to the position in three straight weeks.

Injuries:

None

Las Vegas Raiders at Miami Dolphins

Spread: Dolphins -7.5

Matchups We Love:

QB Tua Tagovailoa

Since coming off injured reserve, Tua Tagovailoa hasn't been a strong QB1 option for fantasy managers. However, Tagovailoa has a great matchup on deck against the Raiders. Las Vegas has given up the eighth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks this season while allowing five different quarterbacks to finish with over 19 fantasy points. So, he'll be a solid QB2 play in Superflex formats this weekend.

RB De'Von Achane

De'Von Achane will remain a strong start in Week 11 against the Raiders. Las Vegas is allowing over 4.6 yards per carry to opposing running backs while giving up four 100-yard rushers this season. Achane is a strong RB1 option after playing 70% of the team's offensive snaps for the second straight game.

TE Jonnu Smith

Jonnu Smith has been a fine TE1 option in deeper leagues in recent weeks. He has finished as a top-16 fantasy tight end in three of the past five games. In Week 11, he'll be a low-end TE1 play in 14-plus team leagues. Smith has seen at least six targets in four of the past five contests, and the Raiders have allowed four receiving touchdowns to the position over the last three games.

Matchups We Hate:

QB Gardner Minshew II

Gardner Minshew will start for the Raiders in Week 11, but he should only be started in deeper Superflex formats this week. Minshew has yet to score above 15 fantasy points this season, and the Dolphins have allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to the position through 10 weeks. So, he's a low-end QB2 play.

WR Jakobi Meyers

Jakobi Meyers has been a solid WR2 since Davante Adams left. In two games without the veteran, Meyers has seen 18 targets while finishing as a top-20 fantasy wide receiver in both weeks. However, expectations should be tempered in Week 11 against the Dolphins. Miami has allowed the seventh-fewest fantasy points per game to the position, and Jalen Ramsey will likely be on him throughout this contest. So, he's more of a WR3.

Other Matchups:

Raiders RBs

Alexander Mattison appeared to have taken over this Raiders backfield but then played only 39% of the team's offensive snaps in Week 9. With the team trailing by double digits for most of that game, it decided to go with Ameer Abdullah in the passing game. So, it appears that Mattison is still the preferred back on early downs. However, he finds himself as a risky flex play in 12-plus team leagues this weekend.

Dolphins WRs

Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle have been hard to trust in fantasy this season. Hill hasn't finished as a top-24 fantasy wide receiver in eight straight games, and Waddle hasn't finished as a top-36 fantasy wide receiver in eight consecutive games.

So, both wideouts will be riskier plays against a Raiders secondary that has allowed only one top-24 wide receiver since Week 4. Hill will be more of a WR2, while Waddle will come in as a WR4.

TE Brock Bowers

Brock Bowers will continue to be a strong TE1 option in Week 11 against the Dolphins. Bowers has finished as a top-6 fantasy tight end in four of the past five games and currently ranks as the TE2 of the year. Even though Miami has only allowed two top-12 fantasy tight ends this season, the rookie is still a must-start this weekend.

Injuries:

None

Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears

Spread: Packers -5.5

Matchups We Love:

RB Josh Jacobs

The Bears have had a tough time stopping the run this season, and that surely benefits Josh Jacobs in Week 11. Opposing running backs are averaging over 4.8 yards per carry on the ground against Chicago this season. As a result, Jacobs will be a strong RB2 option this weekend. The Packers back is also averaging 4.82 yards per carry through the first 10 weeks.

Matchups We Hate:

QB Jordan Love

It's best to sit your fantasy quarterback whenever they go up against the Bears secondary. Chicago has given up the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks while allowing only one quarterback to finish top-12 at the position this season. Therefore, Love is more of a QB2 option this week in a tough matchup.

QB Caleb Williams

The Bears have fired their offensive coordinator (Shane Waldron) after just 10 weeks, so it'll be interesting to see how much this helps Caleb Williams. In Week 11, though, Williams should only be started in deeper Superflex formats. The Packers have allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks, and the rookie hasn't scored in double figures in three straight games.

Packers WRs

It's hard to trust any Packers wide receiver this week against the Bears. Jayden Reed is probably the best option, but Chicago has allowed the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to slot wideouts. So, he'll be more of a WR3 this weekend. Romeo Doubs will likely see Jaylon Johnson for most of this game, and that's not great news for him. Johnson has allowed only 16 catches all season.

As for Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks, they should only be started in deeper formats. Watson has caught three passes or less in seven of eight games this season, and Wicks hasn't played more than 55% of the team's offensive snaps in three straight games.

Bears WRs

At this point, fantasy managers shouldn't be starting any Bears wide receiver until things get better offensively. DJ Moore has scored less than 7.5 PPR fantasy points in four straight games. Allen has only scored in double figures in PPR formats once, and Rome Odunze remains a risky play after playing a season-low 68% of the team's snaps last week.

With the Packers also allowing the 11th-fewest fantasy points per game to wideouts this season, all three wideouts are hard to trust this weekend. With four teams on bye this week, some fantasy managers might not have the luxury of starting other players. But Moore, Allen, and Odunze will be risky flex plays in 12-plus team leagues.

Other Matchups:

RB D'Andre Swift

It's encouraging that D'Andre Swift has seen at least 16 carries in six straight games. That makes him a solid RB2 option in this game against a Packers defense that is allowing over 4.6 yards per carry on the ground this season. On top of that, Green Bay has allowed six different top-24 fantasy running backs over the last five games.

TE Tucker Kraft

Tucker Kraft has been a reliable tight-end option for fantasy managers over the last few weeks. Since Week 4, Kraft has had four top-12 fantasy finishes at the position. While his 14.4% target share (TE19) remains a concern, he will still be a low-end TE1 option this weekend against the Bears. Chicago has allowed a top-14 fantasy tight end in four straight games.

Injuries:

None

Matchup Analysis - Sunday Afternoon Games

Atlanta Falcons at Denver Broncos

Spread: Broncos -2.5

Matchups We Love:

QB Bo Nix

Bo Nix has emerged as a solid QB1 option for fantasy managers over the past few weeks. Since Week 5, he has finished as a top-12 quarterback in four of six games. Now, the rookie has a great matchup on deck against a Falcons defense that has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks. This secondary has also given up four top-12 fantasy finishes to the position over the last six weeks. So, Nix is a QB1 play.

Matchups We Hate:

QB Kirk Cousins

Kirk Cousins has been a shaky QB1 option for fantasy managers this season, and with a tough matchup against the Broncos upcoming, the veteran will be more of a QB2 play in Week 11. Denver has given up the eighth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks this season while allowing only two top-12 quarterback finishes since Week 2.

Other Matchups:

Broncos RBs

This Broncos backfield appears to be a mess right now, but Audric Estime might be the preferred running back to own in this offense. Estime saw 14-of-17 running back carries last week and totaled 53 rush yards. With Denver favored in this game, the rookie should be leaned on, making him a potential flex play in 12-plus team leagues. As for Javonte Williams, he should be avoided after playing a season-low 24% of the snaps last week.

RB Bijan Robinson

Bijan Robinson has been on another level in fantasy in recent weeks. He has scored over 20 PPR fantasy points in five straight games and will remain a strong RB1 option in Week 11 against the Broncos. Denver has also allowed at least seven catches to running backs in two of the past three games, so this could be a big receiving day for Robinson.

WR Courtland Sutton

Courtland Sutton will likely draw the A.J. Terrell shadow on Sunday, but Terrell isn't necessarily a terrible matchup for the Broncos wideout. He has allowed 32 catches this season and ranks 102nd in man success rate this season. So, given that Sutton has scored over 17 PPR fantasy points in three straight games, he will be a solid WR2 play this weekend.

WR Drake London

It remains to be seen if Drake London will draw the Patrick Surtain II shadow in this game. With London playing more and more in the slot, it appears that Surtain might not follow him in this game. The Broncos corner has only played 9% of his snaps in the slot this season. So, London will continue to be a solid WR1 option in Week 11.

WR Darnell Mooney

Darnell Mooney (Achilles) popped up on the injury report on Thursday with an Achilles injury. But he will be good to go in Week 11 and will come in as a low-end WR2. He could find himself matched up against Surtain for parts of this game, and Denver has allowed the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to wideouts this season.

TE Kyle Pitts

Kyle Pitts will come in as a low-end TE1 option in Week 11 against the Broncos. Pitts has finished as a top-12 fantasy tight end in four of the past six weeks while seeing at least five targets in five of those contests. Now, the Falcons playmaker will go up against a Broncos secondary that just allowed over 20 PPR fantasy points to Travis Kelce a week ago.

Injuries:

None

Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ers

Spread: 49ers -6.5

Matchups We Love:

QB Brock Purdy

Brock Purdy has finished as a top-8 fantasy quarterback in four straight games, and he'll be a strong QB1 play in Week 11 against the Seahawks. Seattle has given up the 12th-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks this season while also allowing multiple passing touchdowns in five of the past six games. Given that Purdy scored 24.1 fantasy points against this secondary back in Week 6, he should be in most lineups.

WR Deebo Samuel Sr.

Deebo Samuel should continue to be in lineups in Week 11 as a high-end WR2. Samuel totaled eight touches last week for 76 yards and now goes up against a Seattle secondary that has allowed the ninth-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts. The Seahawks have also allowed at least 18 PPR fantasy points to five different wideouts over the last three games.

WR Jauan Jennings

Jennings looks like a league winner after he reeled in seven passes for 93 yards in last week's win. The 27-year-old wideout also led the team with 11 targets. So, he'll be a strong flex play in most leagues this weekend against a Seattle secondary that has allowed at least 16 PPR fantasy points to 10 different wide receivers across the last six games.

Update: With George Kittle expected to be out, Jennings' fantasy value increases.

Matchups We Hate:

QB Geno Smith

The matchup against the 49ers isn't necessarily the best for Geno Smith. San Francisco has only allowed two quarterbacks to finish top-18 at the position this season, and Smith finished as the QB21 earlier this year against this secondary. As a result, the Seahawks signal-caller will be more of a QB2 option in Week 11.

WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba

With DK Metcalf back, Smith-Njigba will be a risky WR3 play in most leagues. He has finished as a top-30 fantasy wideout in one game with Metcalf this season (Week 2), and the 49ers have been one of the better teams at defending slot wideouts this season. San Francisco has allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points per game to the slot in 2024.

Other Matchups:

RB Christian McCaffrey

In his first game of the season, Christian McCaffrey played 88% of the team's offensive snaps and totaled 19 touches for 107 yards. So, it appears McCaffrey is back to handling his normal big workload in San Francisco's offense. As a result, you are starting him as your RB1 this week against a Seahawks defense that has allowed at least 99 rush yards to four different running backs over the last four weeks.

RB Kenneth Walker III

Kenneth Walker III will be an RB1 option for fantasy managers in Week 11. He has finished as a top-12 fantasy running back in four of seven games this season, and the 49ers have allowed four top-12 fantasy running backs over the last four games, including Walker (RB9) back in Week 6. So, make sure to keep him in lineups this weekend.

WR DK Metcalf

Metcalf will return this week following a two-game absence, and he'll be a solid WR2 option. He has totaled at least 95 receiving yards in four of his past six games. Even though San Francisco has allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points per game to outside wideouts this season, Metcalf's solid 22.7% target share will give him a safe floor in this contest.

WR Ricky Pearsall

Ricky Pearsall has seen more opportunities in recent weeks with Brandon Aiyuk (knee) out for the season. In two games without Aiyuk, Pearsall has totaled 11.7 PPR fantasy points and 17.3 PPR fantasy points. As a result, he has some flex potential in most leagues this weekend against a Seattle secondary that has allowed the ninth-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts.

Update: With George Kittle expected to be out, Pearsall's fantasy value increases.

TE George Kittle

George Kittle is dealing with a hamstring injury, but assuming he suits up, he deserves to be in all lineups this weekend. Kittle has finished as a top-10 fantasy tight end in every game this season and just totaled 22.8 PPR fantasy points against this Seahawks secondary back in Week 6. So, keep him in lineups in Week 11.

Update: Per Sunday morning report from Adam Schefter, Kittle is unlikely to play due to a hamstring injury.

Injuries:

  • George Kittle (hamstring)

Kansas City Chiefs at Buffalo Bills

Spread: Bills -2

Matchups We Love:

RB Kareem Hunt

With Isiah Pacheco (fibula) nearing a return, Kareem Hunt might not have much fantasy value moving forward. However, since Pacheco won't play in Week 11, Hunt should continue to be in fantasy lineups. The Bills have allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this season. As a result, he is a strong RB2 play this week.

WR Khalil Shakir

Khalil Shakir is one of the best flex plays in fantasy this week. Not only has Shakir scored in double figures in PPR formats in eight of nine games this season, but the Chiefs have struggled against slot wideouts. Kansas City has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game to slot wideouts through 10 weeks. So, the Bills playmaker is a high-floor play this weekend.

TE Dalton Kincaid

Dalton Kincaid (knee) is in jeopardy of missing this week's game against the Chiefs due to a knee injury he suffered last week. However, if he can suit up in Week 11, he is a solid TE1 option. Kansas City has allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends this season. If he can't go, Dawson Knox is a sneaky play in a great matchup.

Update: Kincaid has been ruled out for Sunday's game.

Matchups We Hate:

QB Patrick Mahomes

Despite finishing as a top-12 fantasy quarterback in back-to-back weeks, Patrick Mahomes is more of a QB2 option this week against the Bills. Buffalo has given up the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks while allowing only one quarterback to finish top-14 at the position this season

RB James Cook

James Cook will be a risky RB2 option against the Chiefs in Week 11. Kansas City has given up the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing running backs while not letting up a top-18 fantasy running back all season. This defense has also not allowed a single 60-yard rusher through 10 weeks. So, Cook could struggle in this game.

WR Amari Cooper

All signs point to Amari Cooper (wrist) playing in Week 11. However, he'll be more of a WR3 against the Chiefs secondary. Kansas City has allowed the ninth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts, and Trent McDuffie could be on Cooper for most of this game. McDuffie has done a nice job against several top wideouts this season, including Ja'Marr Chase (35 yards), Chris Olave (10 yards), and Brandon Aiyuk (23 yards).

Update: Cooper is questionable due to a wrist injury but is expected to play this weekend.

Other Matchups:

QB Josh Allen

Josh Allen has been a consistent fantasy QB1 in recent weeks, finishing with at least 20 fantasy points in five straight games. In Week 11, he'll continue to be a must-start. The Chiefs have given up the 13th-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks over the last four weeks while also allowing multiple passing touchdowns across the past three games.

WR DeAndre Hopkins

Hopkins had a tough matchup last week against Surtain, but this should be an easier matchup for the veteran on the outside. The Bills have allowed the 12th-most fantasy points per game to outside wide receivers this season, and Alec Pierce just totaled 81 yards and one touchdown against this Buffalo secondary on the outside last week. So, the Chiefs wideout is a WR2 play in Week 11.

TE Travis Kelce

Kelce remains a must-start in Week 11 against the Bills. Kelce has finished as a top-3 fantasy tight end in three straight weeks while seeing 40 targets during that span. Although the Bills haven't allowed a top-12 fantasy tight end since Week 3, the veteran playmaker is still a strong TE1 option this weekend.

Injuries:

  • Dalton Kincaid (knee)
  • Isiah Pacheco (knee)
  • Amari Cooper (wrist)
  • Keon Coleman (wrist)

Matchup Analysis - Sunday Night Football

Cincinnati Bengals at Los Angeles Chargers

Spread: Chargers -1.5

Matchups We Love:

QB Justin Herbert

Justin Herbert is a sneaky QB1 option in Week 11 against the Bengals. Herbert has finished as a top-12 fantasy quarterback in three straight games, and the Chargers quarterback ran a season-high nine times last week. As a result, he could be in for a big game against a Bengals defense that has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per game and most rush yards to the position this season.

WR Quentin Johnston

The target share (17.8%) remains a concern for Quentin Johnston's season-long value. He also saw only two targets in last week's win. However, he continues to get into the end zone, which makes him a sneaky flex option in 12-plus team leagues this weekend. Johnston has caught five touchdown passes across seven games, and the Bengals allowed Rashod Bateman, Nelson Agholor, and Tylan Wallace to cross the goal line last week.

TE Will Dissly

If you need a tight end this week in 16-plus team leagues, Will Dissly has some potential as a TE1 option. He has caught at least five passes in three of the past four games, which helped him total at least eight PPR fantasy points in all three of those contests. Since the Bengals are also allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to tight ends, Dissly could be a high-floor play this weekend.

Matchups We Hate:

RB Chase Brown

After seeing at least 21 touches in back-to-back games, you likely aren't sitting Chase Brown in fantasy this week. But he does have a tough matchup against the Chargers in Week 11. Los Angeles hasn't allowed a top-12 fantasy running back this season and has given up the third-fewest fantasy points per game to the position through 10 weeks. Still, Brown is a solid RB2 play this week.

Other Matchups:

QB Joe Burrow

Joe Burrow will continue to be a solid QB1 play this week against the Chargers. He has finished as the overall QB1 in back-to-back weeks, and this Chargers secondary just allowed Will Levis to score 19 fantasy points a week ago.

RB J.K. Dobbins

With Gus Edwards back in the mix last week, J.K. Dobbins still saw 18 carries and totaled 55 yards from scrimmage. While Dobbins does lose some goal-line touches with Edwards back, he will still be a solid RB2 option in Week 11 against the Bengals. Cincinnati has allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing running backs, but that defense has also let up seven top-16 fantasy running backs this season.

WR Ja'Marr Chase

Chase is a must-start in Week 11, especially after his record-breaking game last week against the Ravens. He totaled 55.4 PPR fantasy points behind an 11-catch, 264-yard, three-touchdown performance. So, keep him in your lineups this week.

WR Tee Higgins

Tee Higgins (quad) has missed the past few games due to a quad injury, but he could return in Week 11 against the Chargers. If he does, Higgins will be a solid WR2 option. Even though the Chargers have allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts this season, this secondary has allowed big games to Ridley (25.4 PPR points), Tillman (19.5 PPR points), and Olave (18.7 PPR points) in recent weeks.

Update: Higgins is off the injury report and will play in Week 11.

WR Ladd McConkey

McConkey will be a low-end WR2 option in Week 11 against the Bengals. He has seen at least six targets in six of the past seven games while finishing as a top-32 fantasy wide receiver in four of those seven weeks. With the Chargers likely needing to score in this game to keep up with the Bengals, the rookie is a high-floor play this weekend.

TE Mike Gesicki

Whether you should play Mike Gesicki will come down to if Higgins plays or not. If he does, Gesicki should be left on benches in most leagues. The tight end has totaled only eight catches across five games with the wideout active this season. If Higgins is out, though, he becomes a solid TE1 option in most leagues. Gesicki has seen at least six targets in three straight games without the wideout in the lineup.

Update: Higgins is off the injury report and will play in Week 11.

Injuries:

None

Matchups Analysis - Monday Night Football

Houston Texans at Dallas Cowboys

Spread: Texans -7.5

Matchups We Love:

QB C.J. Stroud

It has been a couple of disappointing weeks for C.J. Stroud, as he hasn't finished as a top-12 fantasy option in six straight weeks. However, this could be the week that he breaks that streak. The Cowboys have allowed a top-4 fantasy quarterback in three of the past four games, and this defense has given up the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks this season. So, Stroud is a solid QB1 play.

RB Joe Mixon

Joe Mixon will be a strong RB1 option in Week 11 against a struggling Cowboys defense. Dallas is allowing over 4.5 yards per carry to opposing running backs this season while giving up the fifth-most fantasy points per game to the position. So, look for Mixon to have a strong fantasy day this week.

Matchups We Hate:

RB Rico Dowdle

Even though Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy raved about Rico Dowdle earlier this week and called him the team's lead back, he will be a risky flex play in Week 11. The Texans have allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this season while giving up only 4.04 yards per carry on the ground this season. With Cooper Rush under center, Dowdle does not have much upside in this Dallas offense.

TE Jake Ferguson

It's hard to start any player in this Dallas offense following Dak Prescott's season-ending hamstring injury. After catching only four passes for 24 yards last week, Jake Ferguson will be a riskier TE1 option this weekend against a tough Texans defense. Houston has allowed the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends this season.

Other Matchups:

QB Cooper Rush

After throwing for only 45 yards last week, Rush should only be started in deeper Superflex formats this weekend. He averaged only 3.5 yards on his completions in Week 10, and that makes him extremely hard to start in most leagues. Even though the Texans have allowed a top-12 fantasy quarterback in three of the past five weeks, Rush doesn't have much upside in fantasy.

WR CeeDee Lamb

There was good and there was bad with CeeDee Lamb last week. The good was that he saw 10 targets, and he should have caught a touchdown -- if it wasn't for the sun at AT&T Stadium. The bad, though, is that Lamb only totaled 8.4 PPR fantasy points. With Rush under center, the All-Pro just doesn't have a high ceiling in fantasy anymore. However, you're likely still starting him in most cases this week after seeing 10 targets a week ago.

Texans WRs

Nico Collins (hamstring) should be back this week, and if he is, you are starting him in all formats. Collins was averaging 21.3 PPR fantasy points before his multi-week absence. As for Tank Dell, he is more of a WR3 option this week against the Cowboys. However, he still could be a solid start against a Cowboys secondary that hasn't played well in recent weeks.

TE Dalton Schultz

Dalton Schultz will play against his former team on Monday, but he should only be an option in deeper formats this weekend. With Collins back, Schultz will likely see fewer targets. Given that he has caught three passes or less in three of the past four games, he doesn't have much upside in fantasy this week. The Cowboys have also allowed only two tight ends to catch more than three passes against them this season.

Injuries:

  • Dak Prescott (hamstring)
  • Nico Collins (hamstring)

Running Back (RB) Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks for the Divisional Round(2025)

Lineup decisions are becoming increasingly difficult each week. The NFL Playoffs are underway. With most teams watching football from their couches this week, the injury report is fairly light. However, we still had some players leave their games due to injuries.
