We have more quarterback changes and injuries in Week 16. The Falcons are replacing Desmond Ridder with Taylor Heinicke, while the Steelers will go with Mason Rudolph over Mitch Trubisky. Houston Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud (concussion) has already been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns, while Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Will Levis (ankle) is dealing with a high-ankle sprain and is facing an uphill battle to start versus the Seahawks. Veterans Case Keenum and Ryan Tannehill will likely draw the start this week, but neither are great fantasy options.
