As the fantasy football playoff approach, having stud quarterbacks on the injury report is never ideal. There are a few quarterbacks who anchor fantasy rosters, and it's tough to find a top-flight streamer at this point in the season. Our fantasy football injury reports for quarterbacks as of Wednesday, November 30th will give you the latest scoop on banged-up signal-callers Aaron Rodgers, Justin Fields Josh Allen, and Matthew Stafford.
Being up-to-date on NFL injury news can give you an edge over your league mates in fantasy football. Quarterbacks are always important, especially in superflex or two-quarterback leagues, so keeping up to date with the latest QB injury news is key to staying competitive.

Aaron Rodgers Injury Update
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (ribs) said on the Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday that he received positive results from his scans on Monday and that he plans on playing in Week 13 against the Chicago Bears. Rodgers injured his ribs late in the Sunday night loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 12 and never returned to the contest. X-rays ruled out a punctured lung, but it's unclear exactly what is ailing him.
The 38-year-old future Hall of Famer is also dealing with an avulsion fracture in his right thumb that he's been playing with for a while, which has affected his accuracy at times. Expect Rodgers' practice repetitions to be limited this week entering Sunday's meeting with the Bears, where Rodgers will be an even riskier QB2 if he plays.
Justin Fields Injury Update
Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields (shoulder) has an uncertain status heading into Week 13 after missing the game against the New York Jets in Week 12. With the season reaching a point of no return for Chicago, it's likely they won't rush him back and risk further injury.
Wide receiver Darnell Mooney (ankle) is expected to miss the remainder of the season, so Fields' already low passing upside could be even lower. Still, Fields has become a must-start if he's active, so stay tuned for practice reports later in the week. Chicago will face a struggling Packers' defense on Sunday.
Josh Allen Injury Update
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (elbow) was a full participant in Monday's and Tuesday's practice despite his right elbow injury. It was Allen's first full set of practices since he suffered a right elbow injury in Week 9, so he's getting back to 100 percent health. The 26-year-old hasn't missed any time and has completed 63.4 percent of his passes for 780 yards, four touchdowns and three interceptions in the last three games while managing his elbow injury.
Allen will be active for the Thursday night divisional clash against the New England Patriots and will remain a must-start, high-end QB1 for fantasy managers. This will be his first meeting against the Patriots in 2022. He went 24-for-42 for 253 yards, two touchdowns and an interception while adding a touchdown on the ground in the Thanksgiving win over the Detroit Lions last Thursday.
Matthew Stafford Injury Update
Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford (neck) could miss the remainder of the 2022 season, as Sean McVay has not ruled out the possibility. The Rams already made it clear that they won't rush back wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) unless they can turn their season around and contend for a playoff spot, and they're expected to use that same approach with Stafford, who suffered a neck strain and is in the concussion protocol for the second time this month.
If the veteran does remain sidelined, Bryce Perkins and John Wolford would handle quarterbacking duties.
