Jayden Daniels Injury Update
Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels (rib) will go into Week 8's game against Chicago with a questionable tag on the official injury report.
Daniels practiced on Friday, but Washington has not tipped its hand about whether the rookie will actually play. Journeyman Marcus Mariota would be in line to start if Daniels is inactive.
Commanders are officially listing QB Jayden Daniels (rib) as questionable for Sunday's game vs. Bears

Tua Tagovailoa Injury Update
The Miami Dolphins will start quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) in Week 8 against the Arizona Cardinals, the team announced.
Tagovailoa has not played since Week 2. The Alabama product cleared concussion protocol and told media this week he plans to keep playing despite his well-documented history with head injuries.

Jonathan Taylor Injury Update
The Indianapolis Colts' official injury report did not include running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle), indicating his likely return for Sunday's game at Houston.
The star running back hasn't played since Week 4 but should give the Indianapolis offense an immediate boost with his return.

Travis Etienne Injury Update
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne (hamstring) is listed as questionable on the team's injury report prior to a Week 8 game against Green Bay.
Second-year running back Tank Bigsby has been excellent with added playing time, rushing for 100 yards in two of the past three weeks. Etienne likely will be sharing carries even if he plays Sunday.

Tyreek Hill Injury Update
The Miami Dolphins listed wide receiver Tyreek Hill (foot) as questionable on their final injury report before playing the Arizona Cardinals in Week 8.
The Dolphins think Hill will play despite not practicing on Friday. His status will be worth monitoring prior to kickoff on Sunday.
Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill (foot) listed as questionable after not practicing today. Mike McDaniel is optimistic Tyreek will play Sunday.

Deebo Samuel Injury Update
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel (illness) is questionable for its Week 8 game against Dallas, according to Matt Barrows of The Athletic.
Samuel is now the 49ers' clear top receiver without the injured Brandon Aiyuk (knee). Jauan Jennings (hip) is also out this week, so if Samuel can't play, the 49ers likely will lean on the trio of Ricky Pearsall, Ronnie Bell, and Jacob Cowing.
Kyle Shanahan said the 49ers have taken things slowly with Samuel but noted that his stamina has gotten better each day this week.

D.K. Metcalf Injury Update
The Seattle Seahawks are unlikely to have wide receiver D.K. Metcalf (knee) against the Buffalo Bills, listing the veteran receiver as doubtful on their injury report.
Metcalf has been productive this season, but Seattle likely will have to turn elsewhere this week. Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Tyler Lockett figure to pick up the slack without Metcalf.
Seahawks WR DK Metcalf is doubtful to play Sunday vs. the Bills.

Tee Higgins Injury Update
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (calf) appeared on Friday's injury report with a questionable distinction for Sunday's game against Philadelphia.
That the injury happened late in the week is never a great sign. Ja'Marr Chase continues to be the top wide receiver option in Cincinnati, but Andrei Iosivas is currently third on the team behind Higgins with 24 targets.

Diontae Johnson Injury Update
The Carolina Panthers ruled out wide receiver Diontae Johnson (rib) for Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos on their final injury report.
Panthers head coach Dave Canales referred questions about Johnson's trade status to the front office, which may be telling. For now, Carolina will roll with Xavier Legette and Jonathan Mingo at wide receiver.
Panthers ruled out WRs Diontae Johnson and Adam Thielen for Sunday’s game at Denver.
QB Andy Dalton, who did not practice this week due to a right thumb injury suffered in a car accident, is listed as doubtful. Bryce Young is expected to start. pic.twitter.com/aMP3fnQulS

Zay Flowers Injury Update
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers (ankle) will head into a Week 8 game against Cleveland with a questionable distinction, according to their final injury report of the week.
The second-year receiver leads the team in both targets (49) and receptions (34). Rashod Bateman and Nelson Agholor are next up at receiver if Flowers can't play.

Mike Evans Injury Update
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers ruled out wide receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) for their Week 8 game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Evans aggravated the injury on Monday Night Football, so the decision wasn't a surprise. With Chris Godwin (ankle) out for the regular season, tight end Cade Otton likely becomes the top option for the Tampa passing game for the time being.

Calvin Ridley Injury Update
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley (foot) did not appear on the team's final injury report and is on track to play against Detroit in Week 8.
The Titans shipped out DeAndre Hopkins to Kansas City earlier in the week, leaving Ridley as the team's de facto No. 1 option. Fantasy managers will have to wait to know if backup quarterback Mason Rudolph will get another start, as starter Will Levis (shoulder) is questionable.

George Kittle Injury Update
San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (foot) is listed as question to play against the Dallas Cowboys on the team's final injury report.
Kittle played almost every snap for San Francisco last week and practiced both Thursday and Friday. The veteran tight end seems likely to play, but Eric Saubert has filled in for Kittle previously this season.
George Kittle, Deebo Samuel Sr. and Deommodore Lenoir questionable for Sunday.

Dallas Goedert Injury Update
Tight end Dallas Goedert (hamstring) of the Philadelphia Eagles will miss the Week 8 game at the Cincinnati Bengals, according to the team's injury report.
Backup Grant Calcaterra played 71% of snaps without Goedert last week, but drew only one target. As usual, wide receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith will power the Philly air attack.
