Alvin Kamara Injury Update
Kamara (ribs) did not play in Week 2, which was hardly a surprise considering he was a non-participant in practice to close out last week. He shares an injury with Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert; both players are dealing with rib cartilage fractures. Kamara will likely require a protective pad and injection whenever he returns to the field, but short-term skepticism remains in place for Week 3. The injury could certainly hold him out of at least one more contest.
#Cardinals James Conner - looked like low severity low ankle sprain. Avg ~1 week. TBD but lean towards him playing at near full strength Week 3.#Saints Alvin Kamara - ruled out today. Typical return is 2-3 weeks. With protective pad + injection, he'll prob play Week 3

J.K. Dobbins Injury Update
Dobbins (knee) practiced in full last week, but the Ravens exercised caution and made him inactive for a second consecutive game. Itching to return to the field for the first time since 2020, Dobbins continues to trend upward and has a very legitimate chance of playing against the Patriots this coming Sunday. Even if active, though, he likely won't have a massive role in his first game back.
#Broncos Jerry Jeudy - Sounds like mild rib injury. Lean towards playing Week 3 at near full capacity. Practice reports will tell the story#Ravens JK Dobbins - another full practice week would prob mean limited workload Sunday. Expect major touch limitations until ~Wk 7-8

James Conner Injury Update
Conner (ankle) suffered an ankle injury in Week 2 and spent the remainder of the game on the sideline. While Eno Benjamin and Darrell Williams filled in admirably, Conner's presence was missed. Fortunately for Cardinals fans, the fantasy football community feels similarly. Now, Conner is looking good and should return in Week 3 to solidify his grasp on the lead role in the Arizona backfield.
The ankle injury for #AZCardinals RB James Conner that kept him off the field is not considered long-term or serious, source said. He remained in uniform throughout the game, standing on the sidelines. A positive sign.

Tyrion Davis-Price Injury Update
A high-ankle sprain is expected to sideline Davis-Price for at least four weeks. The 49ers' bad luck at running back continues after Elijah Mitchell was placed on injured reserve and Davis-Price will be held out of action for a while. He's still worth stashing in dynasty leagues, but in redraft formats, he has no appeal. Fantasy managers looking to navigate the San Francisco backfield might opt for someone like Jordan Mason instead.
#49ers third-round rookie RB Tyrion Davis-Price has a high-ankle sprain and will be sidelined a few weeks. That injury is typically a 4-6 week injury.

Giovani Bernard Injury Update
Bernard suffered an ankle injury against the Saints in Week 2 and did not return to the contest. There has been little news on Bernard since then, but that should change when Tampa Bay distributes its injury report on Wednesday. It will be interesting to see if the veteran logs any snaps next Sunday.
