Justin Herbert Injury Update
Herbert (ankle) is preparing as though he will play Sunday, but the Chargers won't make an official decision on his status until they've evaluated him during pregame warmups. He remains a true game-time decision. If active, he's a low-end fantasy QB1. In the event that he can't play, Easton Stick or Taylor Heinicke would lead the Los Angeles offense against Pittsburgh.

Joe Mixon Injury Update
Mixon (ankle) did not travel with the team to Minnesota. He has been ruled out for Week 3. With both Mixon and Dameon Pierce (hamstring) inactive on Sunday, Houston will proceed with Cam Akers leading its backfield. He's a fine RB3/FLEX option in most formats.

George Kittle Injury Update
Kittle (hamstring) was downgraded to out on Saturday. Between his absence and Deebo Samuel Sr. (calf) also being ruled out, the 49ers will find themselves shorthanded versus the Rams. Eric Saubert projects as the Niners' top tight end, but he's off the fantasy radar.
The 49ers have now officially ruled out TE George Kittle for Week 3.

Evan Engram Injury Update
Engram (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday night versus the Bills. Brenton Strange should operate as the Jaguars' top tight end for the second consecutive week, but he remains off the fantasy radar in most formats.

Tyjae Spears Injury Update
Spears (ankle) is expected to play in Week 3 despite being questionable. His contributions have been limited so far due to the Titans' emphasis on letting Tony Pollard lead their backfield. Spears is only worth considering as an RB3/FLEX in fantasy leagues with 14 teams or more.

Taysom Hill Injury Update
UPDATE: Taysom Hill is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Hill (chest) has been downgraded to doubtful. The versatile veteran suffered a serious upper-body injury last weekend and hasn't progressed enough to suit up against the Eagles. With Hill not expected to play Sunday, Jamaal Williams should earn more carries in his role behind Alvin Kamara.
